The answers to your questions are:

1) No - he just likes shiny things.
2) They don't spit in coffee mugs, just protect and shine them. I, on the other hand...
3) Yes, those are the same guys as seen in and named in my other videos. Great guys to work with!

Compared to what we've been getting the past several days - 22 is warm! It's been as low as 1 over night and 10-15 during the day. The strong winds have been making it feel like -15 (colder if you ask me) with the wind-chill factor. 20 below sounds very cold - I'll stick with my 1-15 degree temperatures.

Making them has me a little burned-out feeling lately, but I want to keep making them for a while longer. I've got a great 80's video game QuickVid coming up soon... just don't know when. It doesn't rain here quite so much... but that damn SNOW! The reason I was getting a car wash was to remove the very corrosive salt from my car. They salt the roads heavily here in the winter. It is not uncommon to see cars that literally look like Swiss-Swiss-Swiss cheese because they're covered by rust spots and holes. I bought my car NEW in 2003. A year and half later, it ALREADY had rust under the doors! I had to have it repainted and rust-proofed (which the dealer was kind enough to cover for me since the car was so new still).

Generally, if a car is 5 years or older around here, there is visible rust... unless the car belongs to one of those people who can afford to get carwashes every day, and have their car waxed and polished frequently and all that. I am not one of those people.

Yeah - it was pretty cool. That was my first time in a touchless carwash believe it or not - hence my overly excited reaction. That was real - I was actually enjoying that a little too much!

It snowed while I was at work. More salt on the roads. More sludge. My car is nicely salted again. There goes $8.00! Oh well - I got to enjoy the cool spray-jets and a QuickVid out of it. Not one of my better ones, but it filled up today's slot nicely.

Note to NoExcuses - It is good to set goals in life. You should also try out one of the "laser carwashes" too. Actually, they're the same as the "touchless" carwash, but for some reason, they're called the "laser wash". Funny thing - there are no lasers in them at all. Really disappointing. They may as well have called it the "elephant carwash" because there were none of those either. :-P

Today's QuickVid was too funny . . . especially since my mom used to threaten me with a wooden spoon, too. Though we never called it the "spoon of doom".

Thanks! He he. You got the wooden spoon too, huh? Yeah - me and my younger brother grew up learnin' the law that way. We didn't call ours the spoon of doom - I just kind of made that up on the spot and Mom went with it.

You know - they had TWO spoons! One for the house and one for the car!! There was NO escape from the wooden spoon!
