Sorry about the delay. Most of the behind the scenes stuff for me has been filmed, but unfortunately there's a problem. My edited segments of the behind the scenes featurette are extremely big (I believe 500 MB all together) and I don't have enough time to upload it on the website nor waste our space.

I have taken a quick break from Blender to work on some else for the movie: MUSIC!

Here is a song entitled, "Escape!" which starts playing at shot 01_00, when our good guy escapes from the game grid.

Yeah, I don't have a 16:9 feature on my cam so I didn't shoot my stuff in 16:9. That and I forgot about shooting it in 16:9. lol. :P

Yes, it will be on YouTube and we'll tell people that if you want a better version of the movie you can order a DVD. I believe the DVDs should be free to keep (since we don't want to get in trouble with Disney), but we'll ask for donations and I'll sell the music soundtrack of the movie on CD (since I own the copyright for the movie's music) for profit. Of course, I'll split the money up between you, Chikan and myself. Unless I can't burn PAL DVDs, I think I'll be handling the reproduction and distribution of the DVDs. Unfortunately, I don't need the city anymore. However, I do need a couple of other things.

(1) A heavily damaged tank turret (I'm planning a awesome destruction scene. )

(2) A low-poly MCP model (I just need that "gray shell-armor" part surrounding the red beam modeled) for the very end of the movie.

(3) Maybe a low-poly Sark's Carrier for shots when it's far away.

I hope I'm not asking too much. Thanks in advance, Chikan. Your models never cease to amaze me!

Anyway, I hope I can upload shot 01_03 tonight. I'm rendering it right now and even though it has only two lights, it's taking forever to render. It just finished frame 72 out of 166; I say the average render time per frame is 2 minutes.

But, I can guarantee this shot will look awesome as a lot of planning went into it. Chikan's clouds look absolutely fantastic in this shot, too!
