Ok, the clouds should be easy... As you said, they're just squares with glowing edges, repeated in random groups. As for the city model... Eh... That'll be um.. fun... LOL... How much of the city do you think you'll need? The shapes themselves will be easy, but those all have glowing edges as well, don't they? That'll be rather hellish.. lol
