Hmm...

1. If you have ever drawn a piece of Tron fan-art, written a fanfic, written a poem, used a Tron or related picture for your computer desktop...I've also thrown out Tron quotes in real life when appropriate.

2. If you start putting END OF LINE on the ends of all your school assignments...

3. If you EEP every time you see a reference to Tron in an unexpected place, such as when I was looking through my textbook about art and when I got to the section about computer animation, out of _all_ the things they could've chosen, guess what was there? A picture of a LIGHTCYCLE! (They actually discussed "Tron" a bit in the text, too...)

4. If you always smile when you hear a Journey song on the radio, for reasons that have nothing to do with the song. (Although I like a lot of their stuff, really--they're one of those bands that makes me go all warm fuzzy '80s nostalgic when I hear it.)

5. If you go around finding Tron-ish lyrics in songs on purpose, or like listening to computery synthsizer stuff in general _because_ it sounds science-fictiony and retro.

6. Also speaking of music, if you got the "Sci-Fi's Greatest Hits" CD and went "WHOO-HOO!" when you saw that they had included Tron among the Best.....and then giggled _again_ when you saw they had also included the Babylon 5 theme song, for the connection.

7. If you went around looking up everything you could about "Tron" in the stash of old sci-fi magazines that your mom conveniently has, after first seeing the movie..
....and ran off with them...
...and also absconded with the one that had an article about "Automan" 'cos he's a program...
...AND the National Geographic issue from October 1982 with the big long article about "The Chip", not only because it's well-written and neat to see the 1982 attitude about computers frozen in time like that, but mainly because they actually _mention_ Tron in the magazine's intro!

8. If you find yourself cataloging and paying more attention to the "virtual people" in _every_ sci-fi thing you watch, automatically, just because they're software (Rimmer from Red Dwarf, The Doctor from Voyager, etc...)--and refer to it as them being "de-rezzed" whenever one gets harmed/killed.

9. If every time you see something even remotely Tron-ish, you yell out "Greetings, program!" as your catch-phrase way of sarcastically saying "Gee, guess what _these_ guys are copying?"

10. And last but not least, if you find yourself loathe to kill/hurt your Sims because they're little computer people!

Guilty of all the above (and more). :P

I would do that except that my programs' maid seems to have skipped out on me. (ie, my virus-protection program suddenly stopped working. Ack!)
