PING!

My wife and I watched the DVD Sky High today and when we turned off the DVD player, SciFi Channel had TRON on. I'm watching it now. Excellent.

It's one thing to be able to watch it any time I want, but quite another to catch a showing I wasn't expecting.

By the way, Sky High is a fun Disney flick. I enjoyed it.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

Wife's at work, kids still asleep, weather is overcast, fresh pot of coffee- it's Tron time!

PING

Seems like 200 micro-cycles since I've seen it. My 15 year old son came in half way through and said "hey that looks like the Kingdom Hearts II preview" and sat and watched it with me.

PING!
Just had myself another dose of Tronnage and I feel great!

That's the fourth time I've seen it in total, the third time I've seen it this year, the second time I've seen it knowing how the effects were done, and the first time I've seen it from my own DVD, which turned up earlier this week.

Everytime I watch it, I think 'that is so cool' countless times during different parts, I still think 'how the heck was that done?!' in a few parts, I'm always dumbfounded at how much labour was put into making it, and I always pick up new parts of the story, new lines, and little bits of detail which I didn't pick up before.

That's why I always feel so great everytime I have me another dose of TRON!

PING! Watched the film w/ the commentaries. God it looooooove it! I was looking for some comments on the "choppy" inclusion of the grid bugs. I was surprised to see how much was hand drawn animation VS. computer. Some scenes, I was sure were CGI. " Just when I though I was out, they pull me back in!!"

Ping! Put my PSP UMD in and watched it. This movie will always and forever be my favorite film. It's just plain genius.

Does it count that I went through the TRON world in Kingdom Hearts 2?

I did and it made me feel extremely nostaligic for TRON. I think I'll go out and rent it (and then play some TRON 2.0!)

PING x4! (I showed it to three friends aswell)

Basically, my friends thought it was really geeky for me to be a TRON fan (but we all get along as one is a Star Wars and LOTR fan and one spends most of his time programming), but after I showed it to them yesterday evening they all agreed it was a good movie. We watched it to wrap up the day's filming of a short movie we're making, and I showed it to them because the sequel to this particular short movie will be loosely TRON-based and before they had no idea what TRON was about.

Everytime I watch TRON I always feel really good afterwards, so after the movie had finished I told my friends how the effects were done (to which the general reply was 'whoa!' and 'that must have taken ages!'). I haven't quite convinced them enough to join this site, but I'm happy enough that they liked it.

The movie blows me away every time order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pillabortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

PING!

I went to a friend's house Wenesday and I brought my TRON DVD with me.

So we sat down in his living room and watched TRON. Oh, did I mention we watched it on a 36" wide PLASMA TV with EAR-BLEEDING 5.1 SURROUND SOUND! It was like we were in a movie theater and watching it for the very first time! Now I know what Todd must have felt when he watched it for the first time!

Man, those Recognizers were loud.

It's the last weekend of the school holidays. Sat in my room, bored out of my brains. What should I do?

PING!
I put on my all-time favourite film, TRON! This movie just keeps on getting better and better, doesn't it? Now, instead of just marvelling at the effects like I used to, I now do a number of other things too:

Marvel at the effects!
Laugh at Clu's girly scream!
Boggle at the complexity of the grahics!
Wonder just hell they matted every single damn frame!
Get enraged at the lack of sequels!

I just damn wish I could go back to 1982 and watch it on the big screen like TheReelTodd and many others. That would be one helluva experience for me! It is truly an amazing movie. Of course you all know this already, but hey, it is!

That makes it... six times of watchdom, five times this year! That's the most frequently I've watched a film since Beverly Hills Cop... order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

It's been a while since I've posted here, but I'm sure I've watched TRON several times since that last post. And plenty of other times where I have it playing in the background while I'm doing other things, or when I play it as I'm falling asleep, etc. I think these experiences should all count for something

Must...rent...soon....
Sooo... did you rent yet?

A local CD store was going out of business and they had a used VHS tape for like $3 or $4. It pained me to think that our beloved movie might hit the garbage there soon, so I *had* to buy it! Even though I already have on VHS and DVD, it was a moral imperative

So, the moral of the story, Tori, is that you can probably find somewhere for dirt cheap -- even if it is the VHS version. eBay, etc. Assuming the video I got works, if you absolutely have no other way of getting or seeing , then just say the word and my extra VHS of is yours. I can't believe you've been one of the most active members here at the Sector and you still haven't watched in forever.... ??? Oh, I just did an eBay search and the VHS literally can be bought there for like $1... !
