I was thinking of it along the lines of "Rinzler has to come and clean up where Clu failed to do what he intended." Clu couldn't beat Sam in lightcycles and kill him, so better call in Rinzler.

Listen to "Adagio for Tron". "Tron Action" is embeded in that track. You can also here the same the on "Anthem" fron the original Tron Soundtrack. It's amazing when you think of the thought that went into the Tron: Legacy Soundtrack. I still can't believe we are talking about, and have discussions about, a TRON Sequel. I still think I may wake up from this dream.

Could have had Ray Park do the job, but then he isn't much taller, although more talented in close combat being a Wing Chun expert, and besides X-Men he never speaks during a film.

it's such a minor thing though. Anis is only a few inches shorter than Bruce. It isn't like he's 3 ft dwarf.... jeez.

Height diff did kinda mess it up for me, I have to admit. Bruce is taller than Jeff.

I actually noticed in the flash back, as Clu delivers the 'kill shot' to Tron, you actually hear rinzler's mechanical whirring as Flynn runs away.
and after Trons gears reboot after he falls in the sea of simulation, the whirring stops.
i wonder why rinzler always wears the helmet? does Tron even have a face under there anymore? is it scarred? will he even still look like Alan?
and i think hes shorter cuz he hunches. hes always looking downward...

Okay... Let's not get too carried away here and blow things completely out of proportion. lol. You have a habit of taking one simple, gentle comment/observation and making it as though I've just degraded my appreciation of the film from 5 stars down to negative 2, and that I am filled with nerd rage that they would have the audacity to do such a thing.
In the whole scheme of things, it is very minor. But it's mildly noticeable, and I just wish it weren't noticeable. Nothing wrong with that. I'm not sitting there at the theater yelling out, "WHyyyyyyy oh whyyy did that do ThATt!!!! ZOmG! LOoK aT this nonsense!!! Bwwhahahaahaha!!!" Judging from your post, it sounds like that's how you took my comment, especially after your history of replying similarly to any other criticism I've made of T:L.
