The thing we haven't seen yet are DVD/BD sales. That's where most movies make their real money, not box-office. If those sales are nuts (which they undoubtedly will be, it'll be THE movie to have on BD and 3D BD when it comes out to really showcase your hardware) then we're sure to see a trilogy.
That said, I don't want them to make a part 2/part 3 the way most sequels seem to go. I want self-contained stories so we don't get another Matrix or Pirates debacle.

I think Kevin/CLU are dead. That doesn't mean that Sam couldn't in some way communicate with his father in the grid, but Kevin's no longer...human. But Tron lives and he's blue again! So redemption time!

While I'd love those numbers to happen, I think $330-340m is more realistic. Whether that's worth a sequel, given that cinemas take a cut of that gross, is up to Disney.
The original TRON made $33m domestically on a $17m budget and it still didn't get a sequel. Disney is a different company with different goals now, but that's still fairly sobering to consider.

Wondering if they'll go the "safe" route and have Dillinger Jr. crack into Sam's backup file of the Grid and create (become?) an updated version of the MCP and attempt to wreak havoc with global economic/political systems, which will provoke Sam and Quorra to rezz up, locate Tron, and tackle the new threat. I think from a fan standpoint, it'd be good fun to revisit the original with this sort of stuff, all while putting that glossy new spin on the tech.
Also, re: Kosinski's quote of "not Daft Punk's last score" he may have been referring to his reboot of The Black Hole, which would truly benefit from more of Daft Punk's sonic goodness.
