Slowly getting clearer over time. I took a couple of screen shots about a couple of hours apart and it seams that letters are slowly unraveling. I created a Flicker thingy where i posted them:

Looking at that some letters are not only randomly obstructed but also occasionally rotated. They are also not evenly spaced which could just be the font although it looks like a fixed font to me, so it could be wildly spaced letters.

Sooo VRAM's idea that they indicate locations might have something to it. The partial 'M' in his New York might be an upside down 'W'. Maybe each line is a new location?

Setting the countdown as a screen saver at work might worry a few people hehe.

Actually, what Tron 3.0, Leovinus and TRON.dll state are pretty good theories of how this may work... One cool thing about ARGs is that you can get 'ahead of the game' by exercising the mind in this manner.


My theory is that a "riddle" of some sort is revealing itself and needs to be put in the correct order to be solved by the time the counter stops...

I changed my system clock (since the binary countdown seems dependent on that) and the screen flashed with a lot of letters for a second then corrected itself.

I'm thinking the flash file is updated by the devs daily to prevent this... so it may change twice each night and then they update it the next day... I don't know but its something interesting to think about.

Nevermind, it was just my terrible monitor being terrible again. On there, the "yes" bits looked almost red, like a really dark shade of orange.

But on my laptop, they're their regular color.
