I'm glad they're keeping a tight lid.
I was amazed that there was any info leaks at all. I'm hoping for no more leaks, so I can be surprized. I'm cold and calculating. Don't press my buttons.

This amount of secrecy reminds me of J.J. Abrams' productions, mainly "Cloverfield".

I enjoyed Cloverfield, it had a pretty divided opinion. Come to think of it, that's an interesting thought unto itself: how divided will audiences be over TR2N?
And as far as this secrecy stuff goes, props to Disney for keeping such a good lid on it, but damn, a new teaser trailer can't come soon enough.

I never saw it, so I can't back it up, but nearly everyone I know said the movie was horrible. let's hope that TR2N doesn't take the same road

ok, since we're comparing cloverfield to TRON, I watched it about 3 months ago. It looked like the whole thing was shot on a decent HD camcorder. I thought it was cheesy, and lost interest. did the shaken cameraman syndrome ever stop, or was it throughout the whole movie?? I tried my best to forget it.. was very unimpressed as a person who would never react like the people in that movie to any situation of eminent danger. Call me a retard for leaving the city full of people who scream and shake cameras in their face.
I just worked on stuff and waited to see the creature, which was the cool part, but eh.. motionsickness is the name of the movie to me.
I seriously wouldn't compare them. I'm more compelled to chase people like that out of the city with wiffleball bats to the ol dome, than watch them talk to themselves. Just an observation to make my recollection of the ordeal less painful. abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion |

Cloverfield really sucked to watch. I had my head between my knees the entire movie, couldn't look up without wanting to throw up from motion.

I read that they might not bring back Tron as a character. Why wouldn't they bring back Tron, the movies are named after him.

Now that I think back, I remember the reason why the "love scene" was taken out, from what I get out if it, he didn't want the characteristics in the plot to focus on the actors/actress by themselves, but on the movie as a whole. The pivotal use of the terminology, the "program" TRON, and aesthetics of the word may be a mechanism in the plot. So I guess the name TRON is used as a metaphor for that film.

Hmm, I guess I had always thought that they took the love scene out because it was too humanly. And at the end when Yori kissed Tron, it was like a new experance for him since he isnt human.

In the script the writers implied that "love-making" for programs isn't at all like the way humans do it. In the script, Tron and Yori were like transferring energy by just touching and hugging each other rather than kissing.

Yeah but the plot as a whole was changed and rewritten several times.
So I stated that as literally what happened in my opinion - the motive someone would have for making the decision to take it to that level, is what is implied.
In the scene where TRON kissed Yori, he was given a kiss as a human inside the computer, but by a program.
Since the computer world was changed by Flynn's introduction - it's nearly as real inside as outside, all boundaries Flynn would have had from the outside were changed.
TRON's perception inside the computer world would go way up with a real person inside, executing code as a human would, no longer just programing language, but understanding themselves as agents of humans in a profound way.
They were already evolving from the use of experimentation, the laser experiments likely took it to the next level, and beyond..
Then there's the influence of the MCP, he had just begun to cannibalize ENCOM, why didn't they make this movie like 4 hours? jeesh.

PS3 only? I sure hope that "Racing" is'nt the only TRON 2 game they're releasing. I'm not a fan of racing, unless it's F-Zero or Banjo-Kazooie. I'm willing to try it, just as long as they don't mess up the textures like they did with the PS3 version of Ghostbusters. I just hope they release an epic TRON 2 game for Wii based on Game Grid challenges.... THAT'D BE AWESOME!!
Also a FPS for the PC. Because, like the wise TronFAQ once said, a video game about the computer world not coming out for PC is not right.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online
