I'm not sure what that means. Are they creating the main theme, or score the entire thing?where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

From what I hear, they're doing the entire soundtrack. Here's another link, where IMDb and everybody else seems to be getting there information from.

Sounds like that news is completely legit.

Daft Punk doing the soundtrack? Hmm, I dunno. On the one hand, I do like Daft Punk and I can sort of see why they'd be chosen.

But on the other hand, I'm not sure if they're a good fit. I wouldn't quite think their style would fit with a TRON film.

I dunno, I guess I'll need to listen to more of their stuff to decide whether or not they're a really good choice. Personally, if they were looking for an electronica band to do the soundtrack, I think Kraftwerk would've been a better fit.

I wonder, then, if Daft Punk did the music in the trailer from the Dan Diego Comicon last year? The theme in the trailer was quite nice . . .

There's a difference between scoring a film and scoring mainstream music. It's a different craft, similar to scoring orchestral pieces. That requires musical genius. I hope they are up to it.

Personally, I wouldn't want the entire movie to be accompanied by fast paced beats. I like slow-paced music, and something that carries emotion according to what's happening on the screen as well (Wendy's synthy music, albeit dated did the job very well), and ambient. The music in the trailer set the perfect mood for example. I also like moments of silence (when a runner is resting, gazing into the starry sky, ambient city/world noise can be heard). Other than that, it sounds great to have them onto it I guess. But still, wouldn't it be better if someone who's in the industry was working on it as well. Little worried, but sounds good. Daft Punk better than Kraftwerk for sure. But they need to know that they are scoring film, which requires more than just beats. But I'm sure they are creative enough. They have enough time to experiment I guess.abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

That is freaking great! I enjoyed Interstella 5555 and Electroma immensely! very cool work in that film.
youtube vidDaft Punk does amazing work, I'm really looking forward this. Thanks for the links!

Looks like this photo was named "Tron World".

This is way cooler that I imagined now. (Jadem dances merrily)

WOW!! Thanks for making this film in advance, Disney and Tron makers - big time! Now just give Cindy a lead role and I'll leave that issue alone.

Meh, never really was a Daft Punk fan. Hopefully they can do a decent job. To me, it seems like the music will be kinda "love it or hate it", and as a fan of "outdated" synthesizer music, I'm still kinda in the middle.

But Daft Punk doing the entire score? If that means what it looks like, then the soundtrack will definitely be a ton different than TRON or TRON 2.0. I'm guessing there won't be any of the calm music like the I/O tower music from TRON, or the PDA music from TRON 2.0.

I'm personally a little worried. Daft Punk has some pretty frickin' sweet stage shows, but I'm not too sure about their music. I can't really say I hate it, because I haven't heard all of it, but of the songs I have heard, there's usually some good parts and some bad parts, so not too bad.

But I swear, if I hear one bit of Daft Punk during the opening scene in 1989, I will have a fit. No joke.

EDIT: Lolz, I'm such a nub. I thought Kayne West was a member of Daft Punk, lol. I'm listening to some more of their songs through their Youtube channel, and I like what hear. I think they'll do a good job. abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

You guys should check out Sebastian Tellier's Sexual Sportswear if you think they can't do anything other than fast dance music. Haha, don't worry, it's just an album. With slightly suggestive artwork. Oh, and correction, the title of the album is Sexuality, Sexual Sportswear was a single off of it.

I'm only really familiar with Daft Punk's earlier work, so hearing this news made me think "Well, there's really nothing about Daft Punk that makes me think of TRON" in terms of their style.

I decided to check out their web site, and listened to their later work. Well, there are a couple of tracks they've done that sound sort of TRON-ish.

http://www.daftalive.com/
Visit their site, click on International, then the second blue square down (Discography). From there, you can listen to all of their tracks over the years. Listen to "Overture" from their Daft Club album (it takes a while to get going) and also listen to "Nightvision" from their Discovery album.

If they stretch their wings a bit, they probably will pull off a great new TRON soundtrack.

Nice job directed at Tellier, Daft Punk, or me? Hahah, if me, then thanks, much appreciated.

And yeah, I personally think that Thomas and Guy-Man could do a very good job with the soundtrack, their music can be quite varied and they are talented as real musicians. But I am a bit biased, I dropped $200 in seeing them live when they went on tour in '07, haha.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

the link I added was just a followup on your post reguarding that single.

I was adding the following response towards you, but coincidentally. Since I knew noone replied... your avatar made me remember the website, and thread.. that's all. And you're welcome.

Wow, 200 is steep. I've had friends spend 2G on front section U2, so it's not uncommon, but yeah.... I wanted to see a one of the best guitar players in the world a while back, 100 bucks. Maybe the times have changed, but I'm not retarded. lol! I can't see myself spending cash on that when I can just do a theme park here for half that, and have adventure all day.

Daft Punk? Are you kidding? Are you seriously kidding me? As a electronic musician, I think this is a mistake. Sure, they write great French house music, but can they score a movie? I don't know. I was very disappointed with their last album, which was created in like 6 weeks. The only good songs on that album were "Robot Rock" (which is practically Breakwater's "Release the Beast" played on a loop) and "Technologic". In fact, I downloaded the multitrack loops that Daft Punk used in Technologic and a lot of the stuff that they didn't used could have made the song sound a million times better, IMHO.

I love Wendy Carlos' score. It's a fantastic soundtrack. The 7/4 time and all the chromatic scales played on synths ( ) make it really unique and awesome to listen to. Can Daft Punk recreate that? I don't know. I hope, hope, hope that they don't rush the music for Tron 2 like they did with their last album.
