It can be called TR2N because the 2 looks like half an O and half a 2. Just look: 
It's not intended as 13375p33k, and T2ON just looks wrong, imo.

From my ASCII art days those are the simpler ones I come up with.
TRZ is not HORRIBLE, sometimes people use a Z as a 2.
But if you are going that route, maybe...
TROZ
(looks kinda like a N on it's side)
or...
TR Z
Shame Terminator 2 already took "T2"  Anyway, nothing is set in stone until the release, and as we learned with the Planet of Horror/Mindwarp:Infinity of Terror/Galaxy of Terror... even after the release of the movie the title can still change.

Actually, I think the title TR2N is kind've clever. It's really unique to swap the vowel out with the suffix instead of your everyday sequel number following the title.
But, although I'm excited about another Tron movie, Disney really REALLY has the opportunity to mouse it up and make it an even bigger box office flop than the first one (which is one of my all-time favorite movies and I've seen it more times than I can remember). The first movie ended quite well and the book was closed. MCP deleted, Dillinger busted, Flynn new CEO, cyberworld a free system. If Jeff Bridges does indeed return in a sequel, he MUST play Kevin Flynn or it would be just dumb.
I'm a huge Tron fan, but honestly I don't like the trailer. Lightcycles shouldn't move like Speed Racer. I can just hear the theme now (hoping Wendy scores again), "Here he comes, here comes his jetwall, he's the program on wheels..." Troz? I'd think of The Wizard of Troz... lol. Don't really like any of the other suggestions above either. I just want TR2N, or TRON 2. Either keeps it more Tron, plain and simple.
T2ON makes me think of "two ton" for some reason, or "Teuton". TROII makes me think of Troy. TR{}N, TRO\| and similar ones begin to be more 1337 speak'ish.
I like TR2N as stated above because of how the 2 looks in Tron font (part "O" and part "2"). Not really 1337 speak in my opinion.
I hate TRZ. I really hope that's a joke, misinformation or one of names they thought of before deciding on TR2N. where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

I think out of all the suggestions I had above, I liked TR{}N the best... a "O" in two halves.
But later when this is talked about on movie listings it would have simply been "TRON 2". 
Really, I was fine with TR2N. If anyone writes Disney, let them know that.

TR2N was 1000 times better than TRZ.
Disney employees if you are reading this no offense but the new title is horrible. I think I speak for all members of TRON-Sector when I ask you to change it back to TR2N

I came across a bit of news that I, personally, think is pretty exciting.
IMDB's MOVIEmeter Top 25 Films of 2008 list, has TR2N listed in fourth place.
When you see that it even beat out titles like Iron Man, in terms of popularity . . . that's reason to get excited.

Yes, the MCP is back. It looks like the MCP is the "corrupt cyber-entity" we heard about earlier. The MCP seemed like way too obvious a candidate to me. But I guess we'll be seeing its return, after all. |
Also, the best part of the news is that apparently the title change to TRZ is not true. Thank the Users! (Either that, or Disney was floating the idea around but was stung by the backlash.)
