It's a nice idea, but it isn't what I've asked for. Everyone wants to give me these anime clips or their 'take' on what I asked for, when the original plan was quite simple. Everyday people who are TRON fans! We want to let them know we are out here.

While the BIT clip idea is cute and would certainly be a nice offshoot, by all means do it, it would not make it into the final video, because I want to show real people who care about a sequel.

Ah, okay. I was planning to do a little bit of machinima as a preface before I stated that I was a Tron fan. That's what's been holding me up. If you want to keep it simple, then I can make the video today and send it to you somehow.

If the best I can get in support for this is two video clips (One, my own), then perhaps TRON truly is dead. It's been fun, but all good things must come to an end right? Later.

One must remember that not all of us have ways to record videos.

Excuses are like butts, everyone has one, and they all stink.

I know 20 people who have a video camera in my vicinity. Everyone knows someone.

Where there is a will, there is a way. Apparently TRON fans do not have the will.

I don't have any excuses -- I just flat-out don't want to do it. If Disney makes a sequel, I doubt it will be because 20, 50 or 100+ people said on a video: "I am a Tron fan." Not trying to burst any bubbles; just being realistic.

I believe Disney will do a Tron sequel or a remake, or both some day -- on their own. It may not happen within the next 5 or 10 years, but it will be done some day. No 1500 signature online petition or "I'm a Tron fan" video is going to convince execs to dump millions into a film now or 15 years from now. They'll come to the conclusion on their own when the timing is right in their minds.

PS - In defense of the community here: just because we don't film ourselves for this video, doesn't mean our love for Tron is shallow, empty and meaningless. wwwmwww and ed_keefe create 3-D lightcycles and other models. Zook_one creates Tron 2.0 levels. I create 3-D Tron scenes. Sketch makes Tron drawings. Etc. Since you don't spend the time to do any of this sort of thing, does that make you less of a Tron fan?

I am so sorry about what has happened as of late.

I've been having a horrible family emergency involving one of my dogs so I am super stressed and very worried about the dog.
