Yeah, that statue is very cool. When I first saw it, I thought damn . . . stuff like this might just turn me into a collector, at least for this item.

The base is 10", 22" is the height.

Ah right. I was thinking that $150 would be a bit cheap for a lifesize model of TRON. But 22" is still pretty high.

WoW... That's easily the coolest modern Tron item I've ever seen. It really is that nice IMO.
I sure hope I find one outside of eBay. I certainly don't want to cross swords with Martin before he gets one  .

I snagged one. Got it on the way via priority shipping. I'll snap some pics of it once I get it set up.
BTW: *All* official Disney Auctions are now via their own site ( http://www.DisneyAuctions.com), so keep an eye there for Tron stuff.
Though obviously Tron stuff doesn't pop up often, heh.

Sorry DaveTron. Wasn't trying to rub it in.. The wifey surprised me for Fathers Day. She hangs out on that site looking for Disney Pin-Trading stuff so she snagged it for me and called me at work to tell me I was going to be getting a very expensive night-lite heh.
Doesn't Suck.
I swear I remember seeing this a few years back in a resin-only version (no lighting). Alex isn't sure but it would be interesting to find out.
I also think they need to sell a Yori add-on for it so you can get the whole movie poster pose. =)

It's about time Disney put forth the time and effort to make an action figure-type thing that actually takes advantage of how lots of things glow in Tron.
