My main complaint about this statue (which a friend pointed out to me and which now bothers me) is that his face is flesh-colored. It's a program in the computer; it should be grayish colored.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Is it just me or is anyone else disappointed that Disney showed a picture in the original auction with a glowing disc. From the pics I've seen since though, there isn't a single bit of disc illumination.
It's still a killer Tron item of course, but a bit disappointing in a way.

Yeah, I was a bit dissapointed when I got mine too. I love it, and it's great, but the limitations on the lighted areas is a drawback.

The highest I've seen on go for so far is about $400. This guy priced himself out of the market. Even thought they are rare, so is the market for people who want them, and that means they probably won't go for big bucks. I have a second one and I plan to hang onto it for about 10 years and then we shall see what it's worth!
FYI: The reason I have two is that my first one came broken. I bought the second and then had the first repaired. It was done so well that I kept both. Bruce Boxleitner said he was interested in buying it from me, but he hasn't called yet!

I lost that latest Tron statue auction by $1  I'm so stupid. I thought I'd be able to monitor it, but I got so busy that I couldn't. I was also going to raise my max bid regardless, but couldn't figure out how. I think the latest auction will go too high for me to even bother with it, now that everyone knows about it.
PS: I wonder how they keep having these auctions. Didn't they only make 150 of them? I wonder if they have changed anything about the statue (grayer face?)
EDIT: Oh, I think I see. I did a search in their archives and it looks like they've only released 127 of them so far. So they have 23 to go. It appears there will be more auctions after even this one...

Perhaps more. It also seems that the items that people don't pay for also get thrown back into their stock.

Nothing like it being at $150 now! That sucks. I'm still in the running, but it's gone so high that I want to back out now and it won't let me. I guess I'm in for the long haul.

Okay, just received my statue today. Is it just my lucky day, or did everyone who has one have a tough time getting the battery cover off? I squeeze the tab and then lift up, but it only goes 1/4" and the stops. I'm afraid if I try to force it open, I will end up breaking it. WTF?? I'm having flashbacks to my Tron 20th Anniversary DVD cases where I've busted the inner-ring on one of my DVDs because the case won't let go of the DVD. I'm not like a bull through a china shop clumsy or anything; I'm normally careful and precise. Disney is making me seem like a freaking bumbling fool.
Oh, for the love of  ... I want to see this thing glowing!!!!!
If anyone experienced the same issue and has a success story of it prying open without breaking, please post ASAP. Thanks!
EDIT: Okay, I grew impatient and tried one more time. Gave it a little more force and it came off, no problem. I still wonder if anyone else had the issue/concerns, or if anyone actually broke theirs? I gotta say, this thing rules! Very cool, indeed!!
