Now its pissing me off here. Sorry for such strong language on that. But I am getting fed up when I come here sometimes and have to log in three or four seperate times here when I am running my linux machine here with firefox. I can understand one. teice your pushing it. But three times. There is something not right on the back end there on the server. Or some kind of coding is not set right. And its starts annoying me here on it. Auric. Pleas do what youmust to retify these problems becuase its going to starting to get to me here. I may noever come back if its not fixed right here.

I suggest everyone delete their Personal Messages if there is any private info in them, such as other members' addresses and the such. It's wrong that the systems do this, but they've done it for months now, so just know it's going to happen again. Not only can someone read your PMs, but they can check your profile and read what your email address is, etc.
The privacy settings are in everyone's profile for a reason. You know, so others don't see your email address and stuff. Unfortunately the site deems it necessary to allow others to view this info if they log in as you.

I do wish something could be done, as it is rather frustrating. Maybe it's time to switch the site to Invision Power Board http://www.invisionboard.com/

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

Traahn I agree with you on this one. Or at least see the current message board system needs an upgrade or any patches. I am sorry if I sound angree here. But I think that some people may agree with me here. That enough is enough. It's just coming to common a place that it is replicating itself here. I would hate to see it go at a geometric rate if there were more than 8+ current users logged on at the same time. If anything it should have been nip in the budd the first time. Maybe its something within the programming of the SQL or framwork programming on the server side.
I would hate to leave this place just on that alone. But its coming to that point that I just might. Since I have met so many tron-sector guys and gals here that I have gotten to known and cherish friendships with here alone.

I've been in touch with Auric regarding all the recent issues.
He's got a good plan to resolve the issues (by moving TRON-Sector to its own server) and should hopefully be able to take care of it soon!

I just tried to get onto the page, and ended up on the profile of someone called 'Aroo'. The profile wasn't a tron-sector profile, it was white with black text and had a small avatar in the corner.

I checked the main page for new posts, and ended up logged out and in a thread called 'For those looking for Tron machines...' last replied to in 2003. So I refreshed, and ended up at Ultima Online. I refreshed, and ended up with a very long string of html for some strange reason beginning with this:
'other half lives? Did you create your character in a rush and accidentally choose the wrong name? Maybe you just want a fresh start for an existing character? Well now you can experience life as a whole someone new with UO Name and Gender Change tokens.'
Name and gender change tokens? I won't ask...
But the site has been pretty screwy lately...order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill

I was trying to get onto the main page, when I instead got logged out and onto this page... is that what the site looked like many moons ago, or just another grid bug feasting off the servers?
(Don't ask why I'm searching for anaglyph glasses... )
Anyway, I went to post about it here, and ended up at a place called 'Ianstorm Alliance' on the profile of someone named 'SissyT'.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill

yup, if you thought the identity bug was fixed, think again
i just put a reply on kamui's " hey, i need your help again" thread. i clicked the reply button once then it sent the message, i thought it was just taking ages because of a slow spot in the internet connection, but it ended up with me being sent back to the home page, logged in as Eaviii [god that blue theme is vile ] and it registered 2 new posts on that thread, both exactly the same. one by me, one by eaviii.
this whole site is just getting really fecked up, something more than a code alteration needs to be done, because it just doesn't seem to do anything. words of wisdom from...

I've been getting a lot of TRON-Sector black-outs lately. I also ended up on a different Ianstorm site earlier today when I went to check who was online.
The black outs kill me though. I can't even browse properly when it takes several moments (or even minutes) for the next page to load. And forget about trying to reply to anything - you reply, and then wait for a long time while the page tries to add your post, but just times out, so you have to back up, paste back in your copied text (always copy before replying) and then try again. And if you notice a type-o while reviewing your post... well, do this all over a few times while you click the edit button and wait for the edit screen to load, etc. Very irritating.

I just tried to get from "Tron Comic Reviews" to "General Discussion" and got to the "Remove Trap" skill description on Ultima Online. As I have said before, this site suffers from the presence of an overabundance of Z-lots. (meaning no offense to persons with the green theme)
