I'm sure you can get it somewhere. I got mine through the SLG online store - have you checked there?
If not available there, I'm sure someone will chime in with the answer soon.
Go ahead and get issue #2 when it's available, BUT wait until you've properly gotten through the 1st issue. I'm glad the wait is finally over.  It's been delayed for so long . . . and there's barely been a mention about the situation with the Tron comic on SLG's site, all this time.
As for where you could get the first issue of the comic:

I know I'll be picking up a copy of the latest issue from my local comic shop on Wednesday.

Thanks for posting the release date, lurkinghorror! I've been waiting for the second issue forever. I absolutely love the cover art for this issue and I can't wait to see it up close!
BTW, I notice on SLG's website had a litte snippet on TRON Issue 3...

I saw this on Friday over at the Diamond website, didn't want to say anything though until it came from official channels.
Just hoping that the long gap between issues doesn't affect the sales figures.

I doubt it. Tron fans will pick it up, no matter what, and fans of the first comic will pick it up as well. The only thing I can think of that the delay would cause is the casual browser coming across the first one and seeing there was no follow-up decide not to get it.
Anyhoo, awesome news. I'll be at the comic store on Wednesday as well.
