as we can see from the 1981 fourth draft-
the original intentions for the kiss is that it is
supposed to be something special for yori.

I thought pretty much the same thing.

One (possible) theory that I have is that it's not just the look & the voice that the User's give to the programs they create, but also a part of their paersonality has well.
If Flynn & Lora use to be close in the past, and that she then started seeing Alan, the result could be that Tron & Yori (the two programs created by them) should end up developing feelings for each other.
But what if Yori somehow had the 'memories' (has it were) of Lora when she and Flynn started going out together?
Could seeing Flynn cause the emergance of these 'memories' that originally belonged to Lora and was 'ingrained' onto her has some form of instinct when she was created?
