Today I finally got the UK Disney Store exclusive Recognizer set and 12" light cycle. I have to say they are very cool. I wasn't exactly sure how the pull back cycle was supposed to work at first, but thats because it seems to only work on tile floors. There's no instructions at all, so you kind of have to guess. The more you pull it back, the further it will go. Though that isn't a whole lot of distance. We'll just have to break out the long plastic mat in the hallway again later. The lights and sounds are very very nice though. Like the deluxe cycles here, the sound goes for as long as the wheels are moving.

The recognizer is pretty cool too. The sounds it makes are nice, but I still would like to hear that classic recognizer hum. The little vehicles are smaller than the die cast ones, but have nicer details. They're a flimsy plastic, which means they can warp easily if not careful. Specifically the jets. I noticed on the single man jet, the rider has a painted flesh tone face, which is kinda odd, but neat to see. The vehicles can fit in the case, though you kind of have to guess where and position them right so the little doors close. It took a long time to get these, and when I got them I saw they had to put the original box into a bigger box because the person who opened it for inspection totally ruined the box to the point they had to use a ton of tape to get it into shape. Thats how the address got lost I guess. People need to be more careful with this stuff. The box was literally ripped to shreds. The packaging the toys were in was a little torn, but not too much. Jeez

Also, the other day I was able to find a Quorra and Jarvis figure at Target. They're both nice, and I wasn't really going to make an attempt to get them at all costs because they're not that great. However, they make a nice addition to the others as a set. Its funny how all of the other figures come with weapons, but Jarvis comes with a clip board. My Tron projection torch popped through the letter box yesterday (thanks Glitch for pointing it out) and I also picked up the last Light Cycle and Recognizer in the Disney Store UK

These are made from hard plastic and not really made in the same relative scale, but then again, neither are the vehicles.
