Head #10 (Top Row, first column), Head #9 (Third Row, middle column), Head #12 (Fifth Row, first column) and Head #42 (Fifth Row, Fourth Column).

I think Head #12 looks a lot more like a young Cindy Morgan than anything else to be used for a T:L Yori, but Head #42 looks good if planning on doing some sculpting for hair/head-dress (but am not sure if the face on that one looks correct or not). As for the others mentioned, I don't know if they look like Cindy Morgan or Olivia Wilde enough to be used. But then again, I'm going off of the photos, and someone else may think they fit or not.

NOTE: At the time I posted this, those locations were where the heads were. They've updated their page, now they've shifted.

Some bald Rebel pilot from an Entertainment Earth exclusive set... kinda gives me a sick pleaseure to know I'm mutilating a desirable collector's item for science. Just gotta recolor the eyebrows and eyes, sculpt hair (should be easy for her) and mix a flesh tone to match the head and paint the neck/shoulders. Whee!

For those who are wondering, the head is from a Star Wars Plour Ilo Rebel Pilot action figure. I happen to know, because I just picked one up off of eBay myself. (No, I don't intend on using it for my Quorra head, but if I do anything with this head, I'd probably make a resin cast of the head to see if I could somehow combine that cast with a resin cast of the Irina Spalko figure's head since I know that people have commented on how the figure's face looks more like Olivia Wilde while the Irina Spalko figure has the correct haircut).

Really. I would think that the chip placement would be different between the figures due to the LED being lower on one than the other. Let us know how the wiring goes. I myself am eager to find out about it.

Hey Boba,

By any chance are you currently selling your Quorra custom on eBay? I ask because I came across a listing where someone was selling two Quorras (regular one with helmet, and one, a custom, with a head swap. Despite the blurry picture, it looked kinda of like the one you did.

Here's the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/180784424842?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649#ht_782wt_108

But like I said, the head looks almost like the one Boba was using. But then again, from the picture, the hair looks like its sculpted differently.

BTW, I think I found another figure whose parts look like they may be useful as Castor, but I think I'd have to see it in person to really be sure. It's the figure of Loki from the Thor action figure line. His hair (possibly his head) and outfit looks like they could be useful in creating a customized Castor. There's this link here (again, I may have to wait and see it in person to make a true decision. Since I'm heading over to Valdosta tomorrow, I'll be able to swing by Target and Wal-Mart to check. Found it on eBay here.

Actually I collect the Thor line (yeah, I like more than Tron ). The hair isn't bad but the face is not very close. The one in the link you gave before looks better I think.
And that's a pretty good Quorra figure head, did you see he has a Rinzler as Tron (just white instead of orange, so no new head) figure as well?

Okay, I guess the hair was the only thing correct while the face is not so much. But then again, the fact for the figure in the picture could be affected by the lighting (having to have had a photography class and two lighting classes back in film school, I've learned lighting can affect how an item appears. The only real way to know for certain, is to see the figure in person).

Yeah, that figure's head looks good enough for a Quorra custom (again, I think its the same type of figure head that Boba used). And yeah, I saw the custom Tron he has. It's a Deluxe figure, but its still a pretty awesome custom.

Update: I had to run to Wal-Mart today to buy boot laces. I swung by the toy isle to check on that Loki action figure. I looked at the face and it is as it is in the eBay listing I posted. Even if the head doesn't look dead on to the actor who played him, the body looks pretty good for a base. It may require a lot of modification and painting (and it may not be able to be adjusted to allow for the lighting up like the Core figures, but still the body and outfit is close enough to Castor's outfit in the film, it could be possible to pull it off).abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

Well, that resin head I linked a while back should be good. I mean, you said the hair and the face was correct and it's the same scale as the Spinmasters Core figures. But if there's anyone else making Castor and don't have the know-how of making the figure light up, the Loki figure's body is still close enough to use (the only thing that's a drawback is that the chest piece is molded separately from the lower half of the body, much like the G.I. Joes from the 2007 year, aka the 25th Anniversary Figures, on up (but still the body is close enough for a base if anyone else is looking to do one).where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill onlineabortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

I've found another figure head the could be a good TRON, but I'm tossing it out there to see what you guys think. I think the face is close enough to look like a young TRON. What do you think (including if the hair was painted brown)? http://static.zoovy.com/img/toynk/W788-H1139-Bffffff/H/HBR_33550_CB.jpgorder abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

I came across another Loki action figure from the Thor line (the same one I talked about earlier) and I figured out how you can make the figure light up if anyone decides to use it for Castor. Before I begin, I am not sure how 100% correct I am on this, as I don't know what the inner parts of the Loki figure looks like (I'm talking about the pieces that hold the arms and legs of the figure to the body). But here's what I'm thinking: Basically, take a Sam Flynn figure and the Loki figure and disassemble them. Sand down the chest piece of the Sam Flynn figure, drill a hole in the Loki coat (in the area where the light button sticks out). Using the Sam Flynn torso, attach the legs and arms from the Loki figure onto the Sam Flynn Torso. You'll have to use sculpt to get the torso to resemble Castor's circuit layout. Then paint by hand. Paint and place the jacket onto the figure, paint and attach the ID Disc to the figure's back and you've got yourself a light up body for a custom Castor.

A lot of sanding and sculpting would be needed, not just on the Sam Flynn Torso, but on the Loki arms and legs. But I still think the Loki body is useful as a potential base.

Been awhile since I've been here, oi. Cool to see some of the customizing work that's been going on.

I saw mention of using Steve Rogers as a Tron head. I happen to have two of that figure, so if someone would like the other head, we could work something out. I've done a lot more customizing since I first started last January, so I've got a lot more spare parts handy now. If anyone would like the female head I used for my Quorra, that comic pack is one clearance at Big Bad Toy Store (website, google it) and I got a few of the set at Ross for $3 apiece so I've got a couple extras of that one too.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

Actually, I was asking about the possibility of using Steve Rogers as a TRON head (still not so sure of it). I actually snagged the female figure whose head you used for the Quorra figure (I'm considering on making molds of that figure and Irina Spalko's hair to see if its possible to combine the two), but I'm going to be careful with it since you said it was a rare one.

Abraxas V Wrote:Steve Rogers.....didn't think of him. I looked over all my Marvel figures when deciding what head to use, but I don't buy the "extra" figures, like multiple versions of the same character. I only have the original CA. after looking at Steve, he is ok, but you would have to paint his hair brown. I try to minimize head altercations as much as possible because I thinkl you can spot those a mile away. The head I am currently using is one from the Star Wars Clone line. It is on the Saga side, not Clone side. I believe it is an Imperial Death Star Trooper. He has the goofy, black, bucket looking helmet. If you remove the helmet it is Tron!! At least the closest I have seen. Walmart has these and the Green Lantern figures on clearance for 1/2 off currenly.

I thought about using Hal Jordan, but I didn't want to have to repaint his face. Plus he has that hairdo that is not quite Trons.

Anyone out there.....I need suggestions for a gibson head. I bought one of the Clone War Anakin figures. His head has the bangs and ok hair, but for whatever reason even after painting his hair black I cannot be happy with it. I thought about Steve Rogers for him, but his face is too beefy looking. Any help?

Yeah, the Steve Rogers head would require a bit of painting (possibly a bit of additional sculpting). But I was primarily inquiring about it because it looked a bit like the young TRON we see in T:L, but as stated, the nose is too wide. But I'm still considering it myself.

I've looked into the Green Lattern figures, but I'm not sure about the Hal Jordan head myself.

For a head to use as Gibson, I'll have to do some looking around and thinking. There's not a whole lot that comes to mind to me right now.

She WAS rare at the time, but not any more. You can pick her up on ebay for $3 with free shipping no problem. On Black Friday, Big Bad Toy Store clearanced her two-pack to $1. It's back up, but still pretty cheap. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS18524&mode=retail
