I'm wondering if its possible to add an additional set of those leds and have it switch between red and white when the bbutton is pressed. Be a cool effect......

That would definitely require a recast of the front of the torso for that to work. I think that you'd end up removing the original board and not use it entirely.

Well, the only way to have a Rinzler red and a Rinzler blue is either having two figures with either swapped out boards or painted. Unless someone has another idea, I don't know if its possible to rig it to where it has red and blue in the same figure (again, short of removing the original board entirely and placing a switch on the figure where you can switch in between red, blue and then off).

I know there's led lights that fade from red to blue, but it could require a custom board. I think there's a pic in a link here or a previous page that shows the led board. I thought I seen it had those tiny block lights, can't remember.

BTW, I think I figured out a way to know for certain if the painting the circuits white and then using the Sam Flynn light without having to disassemble the Sam Flynn figure so soon. I myself have a small LED flashlight that glows in the same color as Sam's light. So, if anyone else has the same kind of light, you can disassemble the Rinzler figure, paint the front circuitry and then test it out to see if it really glows white or orange. By doing so, it saves from disassembling the Sam Flynn figure to find out, and you've got a spare Sam Flynn figure to save as a collectable or for another custom.

Also, I came across a pair of Daft Punk custom figures over at Figure Realm.

Popped my loose Rinzler open and it does use 1 block led. I think it could be possible to add a white light to it. The next step would be getting it to alternate leds. Also noticed the soldering joint for one of the battery posts is right under the light, blocking alot of the light from getting to the lower half of the torso. order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

Take a lot of pictures, just in case you're able to swap the LED. And also, if you find a place and buy the one block LED, let us know where and for how much (seriously, that'd be useful)

so far, this looks to be the best bet for bi-color leds;

Wicked awesome information. Let us know if and when you can swap the LEDs out (I'd like to know the challenges up front).

About the heads, to me:
TRON- the Brent looks close to be the T:L TRON. For Jackie and Tank look more like they could be used for a figure of Alan Bradley from the first film (one of them looking more like it could be used for Alan from T:L). The Wallace one looks more like an animated series/comic book version of TRON (Not the animated TRON, as I don't know what the T:U TRON looks like).
Sam - the Kelley one looks pretty close, but I think there are other heads that are closer than others. But this is a good enough to try out to see how it looks.
Flynn - Craig's hair is a bit sticking out, but looks okay. I'd likely go with Surfer Dude, but it also looks like a dead ringer for Bill from Left 4 Dead.

Of course, that's just me. I could be wrong.

I think my dad and I have dealt with surface mount soldering a few times. We had to replace some of the capacitors in a Sega Game Gear.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

BTW, how difficult is it to open the figures up? I mean, I know of a method of opening them up, which requires drilling a hole right where the seam is and then prying it apart, but I don't know if it applies to the T:L figures or not (especially since I see that many have opened them up). Is it easy or hard? If so, what's the best method with little risk of damaging or completely destroying the figures?

Small flathead screwdriver to the seam. Someone said splitting around the arm socket. Now I need to get the board off from the figure......

Thanks.

From what the guy said to cut out the area with a hobby knife. I don't know if that helps or anything, but that's what he said. I don't know if he means cut out the board or cut out the back piece as well.

Looks kike the board is held on by the battery terminals. I hope one would not have to cut out the back.

If that's sounds like a good thing. So, the only thing that you need to do is remove the battery and then remove the board with the terminals?abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

I have heard that you need to take the solder off the terminals then the board will come off.

I can't remember who it was that said they were working on a custom Caster, but if you're needing a head, I found one at Broken Arrow Toys. I don't know if its good enough in likeness in the face, but the way the hair is reminded me of Caster.
