Now, I want you guys to listen to track 2 on the site. Remember when I said that the track from the original teaser trailer sounded like Daft Punk?

Oh man this too much! Creating your own program is cool and it shows what the colors mean now. Even the more info weapons & items, vehicles and locations.

The site is pretty cool, but I think this might cause some problems. I found it in the timeline.

The "Classic" TRON game. Only... it's not. Controls are wonky, the levels are easier (mostly), infinite continues, a screen to enter codes  , and updated graphics after the first level (shh!). It's worth playing through a few times.

What's weird is that on the "Full Experience" Flash version of the site, the actor's name for Rinzler is BLANK. And also under Jordan Canas, there is no mention of Yori. Hmm...
If Dan Shor is playing Rinzler (possibly a 2.0 version of RAM?), that could potentially be a whole other branch of this story that I know I wasn't expecting...
After seeing the new trailer, I'm more excited than ever about seeing this film!

Meatsack, that timeline has so many errors and contradictions it's the only gripe I have about the new TRON site... a minor one really given the amount of work they put in it...
Have someone collected all the unlockables and hidden stuff? I've found like half the orbs just between Flynn's safehouse and the bridge...
Did you know that CLU stands for Codified Likeness Utility?
Did you notice Mead Street?

Does the "my account" button work for you? Just curious, I was checking things out on my cycle for about 20 mins. collecting orbs and then I hit the "back" button on my mouse. That was a bummer.

He did, but remember Walter also mentioned writing some of it as a chess program in his garage. Also remember the MCP said he was worth thousands of USERS meaning he has no one user, Walter and Dillinger being the primaries and probably all the data he "aquired" serving as de facto USERS.

Sounds pretty much right to me-- MCP started off as being a chess program and anyone could fiddle with the program-- even Flynn has alluded having played games with MCP in the past.
It's likely Dillinger added more modifications to MCP than anyone else (this would explain the voice and MCP's greed of wanting more just like Dillinger.)
