Evolution is a third-person action game with racing and RPG elements incorporated. The player controls Anon, short for "Anonymous". This name was chosen by the creators to allow players to personify the character for themselves.

Sorry first off if this is already general knowledge on here but I didn't see it mentioned.

Just to let all wii gamers know, the wii version is NOT going to be the same game as the PS3, XB360, and most likely PC versions. I don't know if anyone was into the Transformers 'War For Cybertron' game that just came out but what they are doing is similar there. The other consoles got a full game that I heard was pretty decent, but the wii got a game called 'Cybertron Adventures' that I believe was an on rails shooter that did not at all compare to the other version. I'm not saying I know if the wii Tron game will be on rails or not, but I do know it will be at least slightly different (and not just in the graphics department) than the other version.

Also, if you preorder at Gamestop, even if you are just getting the regular version of the game, you get a code to have Quorra as some sort of a playable character. Not sure how this works in the game but I know this is definitely happening.

Glad to hear, I was a bit bummed about that when I had heard it as I was planning on picking up both versions.

And sorry to post the obvious, as I said, I hadn't seen it previously mentioned and didn't want anyone to be unaware.

It's possible either that PC gets it later, or that a different retailer gets the exclusive on this for the PC. I can't stand "exclusives" though, where they try to force you to buy a game from a particular retailer like Gamestop.

If all it is, is that it's a simple model swap where you look like Quorra instead of Anon while you play the game, for me I don't consider that to be a big deal and not reason enough to set foot in a Gamestop. (I personally can't stand the place.) But that's me.

I mean, changing your character to look like Quorra would essentially require nothing more than a simple tweak to one line in a file somewhere . . .

Just updated first post with Gamestop pre-order. Anyone know if that DLC will be available to the public? Seems like it'll be either publicly available DLC being given away for free with pre-order or DLC exclusive to gamestop pre-orderers.
