Hmmm, this is somewhat interesting.
They say "Special Message Decrypts", along with part of the TRON Legacy logo in a negative, perhaps suggesting that a hidden message is hidden within the TRON Legacy logo?
I'm pretty sure this is a fan-created website, but it's still somewhat interesting, regardless.
Nice find.

yeah I guess it's too early to say WOW cool! but I saw the list of ppl watching this guy's twitter, and it's very interesting to see this thing getting started to me. I'm still guessing what the title means exactly.. Is it part of the Flynn Lives, or what? documentation?

I think it's just a Tron fan twitter account. Used to post relevent information and such. The site is probably, well, a fan site of course.
The name kind of reminds me of some fan art creation I saw once.

Whoa, guys, check the site out. No idea if this is legit or not, but there's a ton of music on there and some info about what was a planned sequel being worked on back in 1998.

Some points to consider.
1. The image on his site is from a fan art drawing. I'll post a link later to the original artist's site where he specifically notes this was just his idea and not related to a film.
2. Have any of you EVER heard of a film soundtrack being completed prior to a film being shot? They wouldn't put an iota of work into it until they were well underway on filming because the soundtrack works to story beats.
I haven't heard any of this guys music, but I bet this is simply fan music being wrapped in a story.
Since I also have copies of all the scripts created for TRON 2 up to the point where the Legacy team came aboard, I think I would have seen and heard about Rise of the Virals, especially since they started in on a soundtrack.
I'm calling BS on his page. Just my POV, but I doubt any proof could be offered that this was real.

It would have been tons of conseptart, photos, clips, interwievs and so on if this was true. Especially on the dvd.
Why he is doing this I have no idea.
Probably just want some attention.

I know now that this is BS.
Pixar would not have asked anyone to assemble a pile of crap like this.
Their in house people could do better than this MIDI crapola.
This guy claims his mission was to "My task was to compile great underground artists to create a new soundtrack for this darker world of Tron. "
If I were in charge and he'd brought me this steaming pile of junk I'd wonder if he knew what a great underground artist was.
I have heard some great tracks from unknown artists through my job in video games, not a single track on his list would even make the cut.
