There was definitely a digitizing laser in that car.
Quorra is definitely Jordan. |
No she isn't. Firstly, the writers put a lot of sexual tension between her and Sam (just look at the posters!). And if Quorra were Sam's mom...wow, that would be CREEPY.
Also, the two characters are portrayed by completely different actresses. |
Well, you never know..
Also that post was sarcasm.

Thanks to that fun TRON "put a person's face on a light cycle" app you can see how cool Yori/Cindy Morgan might have looked on a light cycle in TRON Legacy:

Who's to say Yori wouldn't have evolved enough to have that skill & rock at it!!! |

Thanks to Christine Michele's artculate interviews and Socialitelife.com. Great insight into TRON & TRON Legacy!

I think I could be alive – in the comic book that’s coming out they’re having me move to Washington DC. I think I’d have the most fun being the ghost in the machine. They’ve turned (Tron Legacy) into a guy movie, and they put in some babes. It would be really interesting to have some women in there who are clever and playful and took care of things like Lacey (her character in Caddyshack) would. Let’s put a little Lacey in Yori! I think if we put a little Lacey in Yori, I think we’d really have something. |

I speculate that a essential part of Yori's Code is within Flynn's super computer server itself. Her "spirit" is within the system I think.
Hopefully she will materialize in the sequel or the animated series... Disney I wish would cast Cindy to voice Yori in the new animated series, or cast her to be in possible sequel to Tron Legacy...

Here's some nice footage of Cindy Morgan at the TRON Legacy Booth at Comic-Con 2010!

A quick thank you to Ron Henriques at Latino Review for his nice show of support for Cindy Morgan:

I don't care what Kosinski said about Yori still existing in the world of Tron, there's no reason why they couldn't fit Lora Bradley nee Baines into the story. I don't know how many scenes Bruce Boxleitner has in the film, because Lora's appearance hinges on that of Alan. Is Alan's segment with Sam where he gives him information on his father his only scene in the film? Do we see Alan at Encom or even a reunion with Flynn if he manages to escape the virtual world at the end of the film? They could have fit in Lora somewhere. I'm sure there was a way to fit Yori in as well, but I'm really interested in how both the characters of Alan and Lora have developed in the real world since the original film. They're both a part of Flynn and his success more than they realize.
The truth is the screenwriters and producers screwed up. They won't admit it, but they know not including Lora or Yori was an oversight. They should get a little credit for extending an invitation to Cindy to reprise her role at the Encom ARG event in San Francisco, but of course, we fans wanted more. |

Support continues. The franchise continues, and therefore, there is still a chance here to return Cindy Morgan, Lora or Yori, or some form of Yori to the GRID.

I'd at least like to see her as Lora, Alan's wife, and yes, include Dan Shor as Roy aka Ram. They don't even have to be long scenes but pivotal ones, as Alan's were in T:L.
Forget it, Mr High and Mighty Master Control. You aren't making me talk.

Just for the simple fact that:
A)The Shiva Laser is still an integral part of the TRONiverse;
B)Lora pioneered it, along with the late Dr. Walter Gibbs;
Lora/Yori should have had a part in Tron: Legacy, and she should have a part in TR3N, as well as TRON: UPRISING. I didn't like that whole, "Lora goes to D.C." thing they put in the comic book, and while it was cool to see her at the ENCOM press conference, they still could have worked her into the film, especially helping Flynn with setting up Flynn's version of the Shiva Laser, and helping him with writing the algorithm that enabled Flynn to go back and forth between the real world and the Grid.
I say Lora/Yori for TR3N and TRON: UPRISING!!!!! She's as integral to the TRONiverse as Alan, Flynn, and Tron are.

Honestly, I do hope they include Lora in the next one. I'd be happy to see Yori (or even a variation of Ma3a from the TRON 2.0 game) involved in the events of the next film.

I agree. Flynn had to have had help. Who better to trust than Dr. Lora Baines?
How about this for a cool plot twist. How about we find out that she has been working with S.H.I.E.L.D, with this guy:
Let's say that S.H.I.E.L.D knows all about the Grid, with their own Agent Warriors, trained for the Grid. I see agent Phil Coulson and Lora getting Sam, Quorra, Ed Jr., on the grid...with some well trained help. Don't worry about their experience and training, they have been on Flynn's Grid almost from the beginning.

LOL!!! Are you talking about that show with that bald guy named Michael Chiklis? That sounds interesting. I remember playing a demo of the S.H.I.E.L.D. game on PSN. Reminds me (in a round-about way) of an Insane Crossover idea I did called: BEVERLY HILLS COP: SYSTEM MELTDOWN where Axel Foley, Kevin Flynn, Rosewood, Taggart, Lora and Alan take down a hacker that's destroyed the server at the BHPD. Turns out the hacker is the long-lost son of Victor Maitland, a CHANDLER MAITLAND, LOL!!!!!! Fighting for TRON, The USERS, Both Flynns, Independents, and the mighty ISOs since '82. |

Nope....I'm talking about the Marvel tie in that Disney now owns....child. Have you seen Iron Man? Have you seen Thor? This next movie needs lots of cool points. Fans happen to LIKE Agent Coulson (played to perfection by Clark Gregg). Some of you programs have no imagination.

Slow down, Program. Wasn't trying to diss Marvel - I was being silly, and made an honest mistake. My apologies. I thought you were referring to something else. I bought Iron Man on iTunes, but have not yet had a chance to watch it all the way through; haven't seen 2 yet, though it looks pretty cool, have seen all 3 X-MEN movies (along with the Wolverine flick, which I thought was badass) I do plan to see Thor at some point, and I'll check out S.H.I.E.L.D. when I get a chance, and will also check out X-MEN:First Class ( I like me some Zoe Kravitz).
While I like some Marvel and DC properties (as I'm slowly acquaintaing myself with them - read further------>)comic books, and their ensuing film adaptations, are something I was extremely late to. I didn't start getting into comic books until the year 1992, at the age of 19, when Prince (yes, the singer; here's proof: http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/3/38687/959644-princealterego_super.jpg) had a 2-issue comic book out in conjunction with his, " O(+>" album. I've slowly gotten into comic books since then, collecting some Transformers comics (the ones closer to G1, put out by IDW publishing, as I have some problems with Michael Bay's contributions), some of the TRON 2.0 comics put out by SLG Publishing, and I've got digital forms of some of the Silent Hill comics on my iPod with an app from IDW Publishing. Sorry, thought you were mocking me. I think it would be a good tie in for Tron 3, and it would be a perfect time to bring back Lora. Here is a clip from Thor, featuring Agent Coulson.
