I just saw Star Trek at an IMAX, ooo--mg.
It's awesome!! The visual effects are so freaking amazing - jaw was floored. it was like is this really happening? I mean fantastic FX.

WOW!
Star Trek is stunning!!!
the visual effects and sound design are phenomenal!
the ships seem incredibly massive and when they unload on each other it is a thing of terrible beauty 
more importantly, GREAT acting performances. especially Pine and Quinto as Kirk and Spock.
i'll be seeing this one again!

I heard that the latest release of Star Trek is good as well. Not only in the SGI Which I heard was just enough to compliment the movie. But it is good acting as well that brings the characters out as well before the actual tv series as well.

Just came back from seeing Star Trek.
Holy Mackerel, what an awesome job they did with the reboot! The casting is dead on, and the sfx by ILM are amazing.
We can only hope that the Terminator Salvation - love the double meaning - reboot is just as good, and that TRON 2.0 is, also.

My anticipation of TR2N is dampening my enthusiam for anything else, even though I saw ST and loved it. Anyone else feeling this? It's ruining an otherwise amazing summer crop of movies! I'm still going to catch T4 in Imax.

Yeah I had seen it this weekend love th film. I still like Scotty in there as well. I think they made Uhura nice as well. Especially with the long hair that the actress was wearing there. Things that make oyu go hmmmmm.

Okay that is just wierd. How the heck does a space station from "a long time ago in a Galaxy far away" destroy a spaceship from way in the future? My head is about to explode.  They must have jumped through that worm hole.......>.>
