Idea for someone to do since I'm away from Gmod this weekend:

1) Spawn Lightcycle

2) Spawn a Ragdoll (doesn't matter which one, but maybe someone who just looks FREAKING AWESOME)

3) Spawn a Guitar from the Rock Band Instruments models pack:

4) Put the ragdoll and guitar in a pose where it looks like the ragdoll is playing the guitar or is in a "Rock out" position

5) Use the rope tool to attach the guitar to the ragdoll. This not only keeps the guitar on the ragdoll, but it also creates the illusion that the ragdoll has a neckstrap

6) Statue the ragdoll using the statue tool (note, welding the guitar to the ragdoll and then statue-ing it will cause issues)

7) Unfreeze your ragdoll and guitar with the physgun

8 ) Use the weld tool the ragdoll to the top of the lightcycle

9) Attach a thruster to the back end of the lightcycle using the thrusters tool
10) Press your forward thruster key and you now have the Rock Band 1 intro movie with a ragdoll of your choosing and a lightcycle.

OPTIONAL STEPS:

1) Select the color tool
2) Choose a shade of blue, then in the dropdown boxes choose "Normal" for the first one, and "None" for the second one

3) Apply the color to your ragdoll

4) Select the material tool
5) Use trial and error to find a material that makes your ragdoll look Programmish by applying the different materials to your ragdoll

6) You now have a program playing guitar on top of a lightcycle!

Yeah, that's what mine was doing for a majority of the day. Assuming that by "unstable" you mean lagging like crazy. Here's what to do if that happens and you're using Vista:

Move your garrysmod/garrysmod folder into a folder somewhere (I put it in a folder inside my documents folder). Then uninstall Gmod, then reinstall it. I'm glad everyone is enjoying the creations. I made more last night, but was too tired to post them. Now, Here they are.

This is my attempt at creating a Program without the use of Materials.

Here is a remake of the pose on one of the old TRON posters. First, the original before using Materials.

Now, the material.

I also decided to go onto Mr.Sinistar's cp_gamegrid_b1 map and did an awesome Lightcycle "scene". First, Sora on the Super Lightcycle. It took me a long time just to get Sora to pose correctly on it than I had thought.


I put up one of Mr.Sinistar's Lightcycles. It was pretty hard to make it move with Thrusters.


The End Result....

Next, I pitted three diffrent colored Lightcycles on the grid.

And the End Result of THAT was very... Crashtastic...

But before that, I took the Lightcycle for a spin in gm_bigcity

Then after all of that, I went onto Nautical Sciences Gmod Enrichment Center and took pictures of my (again) remade Lightcycle.





During the photoshoot, Sora & his Lightcycle accidentally started riding backwards up the wall. It was hilarius. I wish I had taken a picture of it, because it would have had epic laughs.

Actually, I think if you're in a vehicle when you set off a nuke, you won't get hurt.

However, nuke blasts tend to destroy all physgun freezes and welds, so be careful if you have neat stuff on the map. Also note that the blast radius of a nuke tends to span the entire map (Some of the nukes can take out all of gm_flatgrass).
