The srange thing is that the Disc, Lightcycle and Byte are working, exept the mercury and jet ragdolls. Have you maybe compiled them with different versions of the source tools/plugins ?
If you want someone to alpha-beta test you models, you can count me in!
EDIT: Great news!! i got it fixed!, just make an secondary copy of the jet_tron20 folder(its in materials\models folder of the mod) and name the deplicated folder "jet", fire up Gmod and look there it works!
Same with mercury just goto the materials\models make the folder tronmercury duplicate and rename the duplicated folder "Mercury", and tada it works.

Weird. Mercury works fine for me, but it's the Jet ragdoll that is'nt. I guess I can try that, but maybe when I'm in a better mood later on.

I'm really glad you were able to fix it, man VTFs and VMTs can be a pain in the butt (as well as everything else Valve uses).
I was working on an TF2 arena map based off of a map from Tron 2.0, but it got corrupted or something because I can't pack any textures or sounds into the bsp. I can still distribute it but you have to put the textures and sounds into the folders yourself instead of TF2 reading from the bsp.

I dont know if you know the commands for debugging in the source engine but here is one :
typ sv_cheats 1 in developer mode and then typ developer 2 this will get you into Verbose mode, the engine spits out anything what it's doing (including errors)abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

Yeah, i tried remaking it with PHX props, it can actually squish NPC's and players using very strong thrusters

Hmm, it's been a while and still no reply, nobody has even posted in general discussion yet! >:/
Ah well, here goes, i updated it, my recognizer can now pick up objects using wired grabbers! (Recognizer Transport from Tron 2.0 anyone?)
And another new feature, a weapon! It has a laser gun, which fires at a fixed angle, good for taking down tanks.
I also created a Blue recognizer for blue programs, so they can combat the Red ones

By the way, who fancies a TRON war sometime? If anybody does, i'll enter my recognizer and pit it against your tron-based vehicles, a Tank vs Recognizer vs Lightcycle war would be awesome.

I can, but before I can I need a 2 way LAN splitter so I don't have to go through my router's firewall. I tried Port Forwarding. I couldn't figure it out. I found that by connecting my modem directly into my computer (as opposed to going through the router), I could host an online server in anything.
But I'd have to make special arrangements to do the latter, as doing that disables any wireless devices from accessing the internet.

Here's the new RC Recognizer that i have the right to call Reccie, the newest rival to Tron.Dll's Lightcycle and Solar Sailor!
He uses the Recognizer model, and is somewhat easy control, it has some attacking functions, plus, it has sounds! (Thanks, Mr.Sinistar again )
It's attacking function is a big laser beam, but if you want to take down lightcycles and NPC's you can use it's stomping attack!
And it comes in many colours! Evil Red, Good Blue, Neutural Orange, Corrupted Green and Bliss Pink! (A refrence to the Babetron reco)
And it is nearly indestructable with minor Gcombat cannons, but it can be destroyed with the Death ray cannon which is also in Gcombat, and taken down with a few shots with a mortar. which could be put into a TRON Tank in gmod.
Now we have nearly all the TRON vehicles in Gmod, anybody up for a battle sometime?

I think this was mentioned before, but someone over at Facepunch was supposedly working on a lightcycles gamemode for gmod. He said that development was halted due to the lack of a lightcycle model. I really hope that ends up working out. Can you imagine 30-something players in gm_gamegrid in a lightcycles match? lol

After doing this, i'm hoping to make a recognizer with an interior (Yes, you might as well call me a Recognizer fan)
NINJA GRIDBUG EDIT: Done! As you can see, there's a glitch if you move the recognizer and shoot at the same time, the bullets go "Through" The model which ends up in big sparks, and there is sound on the recognizer, but Fraps can't record sound for some reason.
Anyway, here goes.

I got a email from someone on Facepunch forums who helped me out on what I did wrong with the textures for Mercury and Jet. It just a simple renaming of directories in the VMT files. I'll upload a fix patch for both of them soon.
I'm hoping we can make the 2nd and 5th generation lightcycles for GMod soon, but I need to find someone good at modeling/texturing in order to do it.
