I've noticed that the various sites reporting that it's a 2010 sequel to the 1982, and the release date is 2011, just to clarify that the story it's-self takes place from 1982 to 2010, and it will be released in 2011.

I have to wait for another year and a half. omg. And what about a new game? (PC game) ...can't wait...

Well, there's such a pile of information to sift through out there, that I don't think we're going to update the front page too much tonight. It's almost impossible to keep up with all the new articles that keep being posted, let alone sift through and analyze them.

Hopefully by tomorrow, things will have settled down a bit and we can catch up. Mr. Sinistar and I will team up to work on the front page article, due to the mountain of work involved.

My prediction?

This community is going to grow.

I do have to say, though, that logo kinda drives me nuts. I didn't think that design could possibly be it, when it was rumoured around April Fool's Day... but alas. All I see in the T and R part is what was feared when we first saw it -- a guy bending over. Why oh why... *sigh*.

Everything looks great... except for the botched logo. I hope they change it. I'm kinda sad to see TR2N go, but I do kinda like Tron Legacy. Over time, I will probably like the Legacy name better. I hope that logo gets derezzed and another one put in its place very soon, though, so I can forget about this one.

I can live with them not going for the TR2N name. I can even live with the legacy name...

But that logo has to go, definitely. Go for the traditional font. Better fix that, man.

There's another year of post production, and fleshing/balancing things out CG/art wise (as well as voiceover overdub)... I see them fixing it. I even see them recall some actors for some blue screen polish shoots, minor story/lines changes (it'll take a few takes) near the end of production. A lot of stuff can come up in a years time.

I'll be awaiting a trailer with anticipation, but I suspect that'll take a while as well..
