*They just filming last week but Joe had cut together a key scene in which Hedlund's Sean Flynn arrives at the old Flynn's arcade which has been abandoned for 20 years.The place has clearly been vacant for a long time and all the arcade games are covered in plastic but he flicks on the power and the jukebox kicks into the opening of Journey's "Separate Ways" which was in the original Tron as all of the games comes to life. He sees a blue light emanating from the back wall so he walks back towards it and takes the plastic off the game and it's the original Tron arcade game. He takes out a quarter to play it but it drops to the floor and he sees a crack on the floor and realizes that it goes behind the console. He pushes the game aside and there's a secret door with blue light glowing from the cracks and he opens it up and walks in. *French techno band Daft Punk has composed 24 tracks for the movie so far.

They had a lot of story meetings and rehearsed quite a bit and that helped all of them get up to this new story and what it's all about. 12:39PM - That's it for the Tron Legacy presentation - very short and not too much shown. But it's still very exciting to see something! 12:40PM - That's all for this Disney panel. Not exactly as exciting and groundbreaking as I thought it would be. Obviously Johnny Depp got the most chears and Tron was a little underwhelming. But of course we'll be covering that viral later tonight, too!

I think it could have been a throw in since it has been said that they didn't think they had enough footage to show much. Just a quick add in just to get the panel trailer moving along. I've seen this in teasers before, so I'm not too worried yet.

I'm checking YouTube to see if someone can sneak a video up and hope to have it downloaded before someone takes it off.

Well, Mr. Sinistar seems to have the pictures covered. Nice work, Max! I guess we'll keep them up for as long as possible, until Disney comes knocking.

What's that I see at the bottom of one of the pictures? An IMAX 3D logo . . . seems IMAX managed to make a deal with Disney for TRON Legacy, after all?

Still not that fond of the logo. Will need time to process the rest of the images.

Whoever took the pics did a great job. Not only did he take the risk for all of us fans who couldn't be there, but the pictures are pretty sharp and decent quality.

Wow, this is a lot of hard work. I'm uploading and searching for pics at the same time.

I'm going to make a new topic just focusing on the tron pics.

You know, with all the news flowing in... I'm actually shaking a little bit. TRON was such a big point in my life that it's so cool to see all the attention it's getting now. Makes all the work I did constructing this site all worth it. It will always a labor of love.

It goes without saying that this includes the valued time invested by the admins here. I've never had the time to maintain it has many of you have, and without you guys nothing I built would mean as much as it does today.

So to the admins, I tip my hat.
