Usually (actually always) when producing a score, you have to be able to watch the movie with only the music alone.

The person who made this should have left out the sound effects completely and just focused on getting the music to fit the scenes. Then after, he could have put the sound effects back in.

EDIT: A very interesting note. I noticed that the name of one of the stunt actors looked familiar. When I check out his resume, I found out that he was in Tron! His name is Loyd Catlett and I think he played the conscript that talked to Flynn after they were briefed by Sark.

EDIT 2: Turns out he's Jeff Bridges stunt double. He's in practically every movie that Jeff has made.
