Wow, hats off to Sinistar! That MCP processing was *perfect*! I'm tempted to try the same process on the original sound files from my short to see how it sounds when it isn't coming from David Warner.

I'd be interested in seeing that FLStudio project file, or at least to find out the granulizer settings. Now I *have* to make another film.

Note that you need to download Fl Studio 7 to open it. You don't need the full $149 version, so you can just download the trial version of it (which does everything except saving the project file: you can export your finished product as a wave/mp3 file though).

Wow, I think I recognized just about everything in the idealized '80s arcade. The sounds, videos on the wall, the neon, the game cabinets, everything just took me back to the days when I spent a good chunk of my free time in arcades very much like it. That video almost brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye. I miss the old arcades in the mall; they were such magical places back when video games were new!

Aw man, now I'm all nostalgic...I'm so fortunate to have experienced the heyday of the video game arcades first-hand. It's a shame you kids today will never have any idea what you missed out on. The late '70s and most of the '80s were a confluence of new and exciting technologies which reshaped our music, entertainment, and daily lives and it was an amazing time to be alive. That period of time won't be rivaled any time soon; it simply ruled.
