Hoping this doesn't die anytime soon, to increase publicity here (and waste time) I'm going to see if the TS community can go for the worlds longest thread.

Could we do this, honestly, I think so... as long as members contribute. I can not however, on personal affairs.

ah cut the kid some slack, its impossible and pointless but we might as well give it a go  . hey heres a more universal question to get this going, what is the funniest thing you've done/seen/watched (on tv/film)?

Sounds like fun idea, Hikaru.EXE, but I don't think you'll achieve the "world's longest thread" here. I've been to message forums that have threads that number in the tens of thousands for the number of post - SINGLE thread, mind you.
Even here at TRON-Sector, there are some really long threads already that show little sign of slowing down.

It's usually a really bad idea on most of the forums I'm on considering giant threads consume quite a fair amount of bandwidth. (Not to mention, the forums here is still having random glitches and when the log gets full, the forums stop being accessible.)
