Well, haven't poster other art work of mine in a while. I'm sure some of you are curious as to what I've been up to. Here is some random images of art work of mine.
Untitled
An untitled inked robot piece that I hope to eventually color.
Rusty
A ink, color pencil, and marker illustraion.
Vegatoids Character Sheet
Vegatoids Product
An Advanced Illustration class project I did. We had to find a item that had no mascot and create one for it. I choose a pot pie, and decided to create four characters for a vegetarian pot pie, marketed towards kids. Jetsons was a major influence for this piece. Had to do character sheets, a mini sculpt of the mascot, and the package. I also sculpted the pot pie that's in the package.where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

Awesome artwork, as usual, Sketch!
I especially enjoyed the Vegatoids characters and product mock-up! I can't believe no one's every really done that before, I mean for the makers of pot pie or any other food product that has the kind of stuff kids generally don't care for. What a great way to target the kids, get them eating healthier (more veggies) AND have them loving it! Not to mention all the additional merchandising opportunities. It's a win-win thing - the parents love it because it teaches their kids about good eating habits, and the kids love it because it's fun, and the makers of pot pie love it because they'll make good profit!
I'm really impressed with things like that - excellent use of artistic ability in targeting an audience that is unlikely to otherwise choose or want such a product. Ingenious tactics, not that they're new tactics, but ingenious nonetheless.

Thanks, that was the point of the Vegatoids product, healthier eating. We had to go out and find a product that didn't have a mascot. I was walking down the frozen food section in Walmart and the pot pies struck a cord with me seeing how mainly tv dinners get all the attention. I wanted something retro and spaced themed.
The four characters are actually the componets of the pot pie and are based off the new food pyramid. The characters are as follows, Vrock (Broccoli), Karra (Carrots), Ojo (Black-eyed peas), and Zud (Potatoes).
Vrock was a vital character to focus on, personality wise. I made Vrock a mellow cool personality to make him appeal more with kids, since alot of kids hate broccoli. Each character has different traits and abilites that they contribute. The Plot is that they have traveled from their home galaxy to fight the evil forces of bad nutrition with their intergalactic pot pies.
For coolness factor throw in a couple of space vehicles. Vrock has his super fast rocket cycle, and the other three characters fly around in a little bubble saucer, flown by Zud, that can transform into other various vehicles, which make some neat toy merchandise for kids. order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill https://www.flickr.com/photos/blue_bezel/ |

Yes - your characters and theirpersonality traits have been well thought out.
I'm sure you'll land a good grade for this (or already have). Next, perhaps you should market your idea to the makers of potpies. There's a potential gold mine in there - getting kids on board, making their product more cool and favorable with the kids, merchandising, the half-hour Saturday morning cartoon, MORE merchandising of the cartoon characters & props, parents will love the healthy factor... 'nuff said. Brilliant! I wish I had half your talent for this kind of stuff!

The links still won't work for me, but Mr. Sinistar sent me the images. Awesome work! I really love Rusty. If those Pot Pies were in the shops, I'd sure buy them - the Vegatoids are brilliant! For some reason I find Zud's lack of legs kinda funny.
Anyway - I'm not too sure if this is meant to be the reference, but the reflections in the spheres on 'Inked' look a lot like Batwings... either that, or the li'l robot is meant to be a robotic version of baby Dave Bowman at the end of 2001 : a space odyssey.

The reference is in the inked robot image.
Nope, it's not a robotic Dave Bowman, NoExcuses. But you get a cookie for such a creative answer.

Never would have noticed it Sketch, if you hadn't pointed it out. Very well hidden.

I think I make out the 56 on the forehead. I don't think I see the 30 though. If that's it... very well hidden indeed.
I too love the Vegatoids. As a parent I'd love to see that at the stores someday. And I'm always a sucker for cool transforming toys. Great combination...
