Both have a certain charm to them, best expressed when the two are used in conjunction.
Sometimes, you need a li'l cake just to make it through the day and the work you have to do, and sometimes you need a li'l pie at the end of the day to reflect and put things into perspective (hot gravy has a psychoactive effect on your brain. Honest).
