This drawing was done rather quickly. 0.7 mechanical pencil on a plain sheet of printer paper. Dang, why is my mind in such a hurry tonight?

WOW.
I really really want to buy this from you. Is Bit (or is it Byte) upset of his absence from the book to date? I fear the potential wrath of the geometric shape!

Oh very much. From my first visit to this site a couple of years ago, I've beem a big fan of Sketch's icons, and had little daydreams of being similarly immortalized. So, this has a ring of wish fulfillment for me. where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

No, bit isn't angy, you just gave him his y-face *Ba-Dum-Ching* for releasing a great Tron comic.
PM me Lan, I'm interested that you want to buy the image.
The drawing above is actually the second drawing I've done. I sat down at my drawing table, had my Journey cd and one line lead to another and next thing I knew, Lan was on the page. The image below is the original first concept, which I haven't even finished yet. Feel I have better line control on the original, though the newer one does feel more expressive. This one was started back when I got my Tron issue in the mail.

Maybe you should start your own comic, Sketch. Featuring Tron-Sector members. You've gone this far, why not go all out?
Seriously though . . . you've done another "quick" drawing that looks anything but, to me. Awesome work.

Comics have really started to intrest me lately. I'ved always admired the whole narrative aspect of comics. Imagery that speaks and tells stories. Sent in an idea to Dark Horse a while back, but never heard back from them, which is kinda good cause the characters have really changed now and are alot better than they where then. An old character of mine which I have been drawing since I was little is finally starting to make sense, thanks with the help of a teacher, whos a theater theacher and huge comic guru, is helping me out and has given me some great direction that I never had before. Going to see what we might can do during the summer, if time doesn't get in my way. https://www.flickr.com/photos/blue_bezel/ |

Sketch is sketching up a storm again! The Master Control has chosen you to serve our artistic system on the game grid.
I love drawing in printer paper! The smoothness of it helps with my style of sketching. I hate sketchbooks that have too rough of paper! Do you also like drawing on printer paper, Sketch? My only fear with it is that printer paper might not be "acid-free." So will my printer-paper-sketches turn yellow and deteriorate over time?
Is anyone here a printer paper expert who can say whether or not printer paper is acid-free and okay to use for drawing on?

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

I draw on printer paper, and nothing bad happens to my pictures. I'd say that printer paper is safe. ==

Actually, I also like to use printer paper as well. But I also find that by hangining out at art schools when they're getting rid of old, uncollected student work, you can actually find some quailty stuff. I've found leather bound sketch books with only like 10 pieces of used paper (the rest of the sketch book... all 280 pages worth... is still good and useable.) old and still useable portfolio cases (The hard metal/plastic kind) and other interesting art supplies just by hanging out there. You'll be supprised how much usable materials are getting thrown out that can still be used! I usually like to drop by when semesters end for the best turnouts. But anyways, that's my "other" more "cheeper" resource.
Anyways, Sketch, you should create a comic! That would be awesome to see!

Printer paper works great. Have used it since junior high school. I use other types of paper to draw on as well. I've actually never thought about if printer paper is acid-free before, just have used it when it's avaliable or if I don't have anything else to draw on. Will check that out next time I pick up a block. I like that it's brighter than normal drawing paper and is easier to clean up when smearing occurs cause of the surface smoothness.
Kamuis right. Left over scrap material from art classes rock! In silkscreen class I was amazed at how much scrap paper people would toss into the trash, and all of it was 100% usable as drawing paper. They also tossed au alot o great matte board too I snagged. Take advantage of scrap material when others don't, it pays off in the long run. I've already got a scrap paper pile at my apartment. Sweet glorious paper! https://www.flickr.com/photos/blue_bezel/ |
