Yes, Memento is a great film! It's the ONLY film I've ever seen where the ending also made for a great beginning!
Some fun moments in the film:
"Lennyyyyyyyyyy!"
And:
"What am I doing? ... I'm chasing this guy... no... he's chasing ME!"
And:
(finds himself sitting on toilet with a bottle of wine, looks at wine)
"I don't *feel* drunk."
Yeah - great film.

Never heard of it.
Seriously.
"We are, after all, not God." - Cmdr. J. J. Adams "C is for cookie. That's good enough for me." - Cookie Monster "If money is the root of all evil, I'd like to be a bad, bad man." - Huey Lewis & the News

Neither had I until my brother rented it one day and pretty much just made me sit and watch it while visiting him and my father.
It's an independent film, so it wasn't exactly plastered all over the mainstream theater venues.
In a nutshell, and without giving too much away, the film centers around a man who has lost the ability to form new memories. Now this is particularly problematic because this man is also on a personal mission to right a wrong so to say.
Now the genius of the film is that it is actually presented and its story told in a way that puts the audience in the shoes of the main character - the guy who cannot form new memories. So as you watch the film, you'll find yourself kind of wondering what the hell is going on at times, because like the character, YOU will not remember what has taken place several minutes before what is taking place now in the film.
How exactly do they pull that off?
Well, open up your mind a little, rent the film, kick back, and enjoy!
In all honesty, even 20 minutes in to the film, I didn't care to be sitting there and watching it. I wasn't quite sure what was going on and this is not the kind of film I would have ever watched on my own. But when the film was over, I had two main thoughts. The first one was WOW! The second one was, I really wanted to sit and watch it again.
And to those who have seen it - DON'T GO GIVING AWAY ANY SECRETS!
