Well I was gonna put this in the comments section of my profile but it doesn't seem to wanna go.Too big I guess, so I'll post it here.

This is the lil bit of rp background I wrote up for my character this mornin'.


squiff.EXE was an ICP for the system. When Thorne's corruption began spreading, squiff.EXE was infected but his User was able to download him before he was completely corrupted. He then began working on restoring him. Meanwhile, the corruption in the system had spread so much that he Kernel ordered a reformat. The system was restored to the backup parameters and all programs including the backup of squiff.EXE were brought back online.

Having finally restored the downloaded copy of his program, squiff.EXE's User uploaded him back into the system. The system tagged him as an illegal intruder since there was already a program with his name. He managed to escape de-rezzing by escaping the system and in the process isolating himself from his User. With the help of a data compiler he was successful in renaming himself "Lonesquiff" and able to reintegrate into the system as an independent program.

Lonesquiff fights with those that seek peace for the free systems, he has been known on occasion to associate with corrupted programs based on if he feels their intent is not harmful to others or to the system.

Because of his ordeal, Lonesquiff has lost some faith in the Users and become a bit jaded. He feels that his User should have known of the duplication error and believes that perhaps the Users are not as omnipotent as they seem.

I found my way to this site today and joined

I'm a Tron 2.0 Gamer since it has been released and I watched the Tron Movie as well The movie was released 1982. So 6 years before I was born, but I watched the movie twice, played Tron 2.0, haven't finished it that time and now I gonna play it again and try to finish it

I got my hands on the Tools as well today and currently I'm extracting the required stuff.

The Map Editor looks rather simple(Since I know how UnrealED and Hammer works). So maybe I'm a late-joiner @ map creations :P.

Yea, Tron is currently the only genre i really enjoy .

The general Tron style is cool, the idea behind it is cool, the Tron 2.0 graphics are damn nice, the Tron 2.0 gameplay is awesome and I can't wait for the Tron 2.0: Killer App mod :P, since I haven't played Tron games on consoles :/.

They are by far the easiest modding tools I ever used in a videogame...nothing like the infamous "Tool.EXE" for Halo CE...lol Also check out the TRON 2.0 forums at Boxhat...there's a big gaming community there and absolutely check out TronFAQ's Unofficial TRON 2.0 FAQ, as it is a must read for any TRON 2.0 gamer.

I never liked modding Halo CE :/...even if i am a big halo fan(but not as big as tron fan :P)

I checked the TronFAQ's Unofficial TRON 2.0 FAQ allready, grabbed some tools like LTDMTest . Can't stop listening to the main menu song
