Blinky is a paper mache project. Other students were making puppets and masks, course I wanted to make a cute little robot. He has his egg shape because I paper mached a balloon. Shoulder pieces are little disposable paint cups, the blue lenses of his eyes are cut from a plastic bendable cd container, and his bolt pieces in his treds are multi layered cut foam board. His spring arms I bend myself with moldable wire. The Lens cover on his belly is the taillight lense off the back of this very Dodge you see here. Yep, he has some automotive Dodge blood in his veins. His eyes are dollar store white christmas lights. His light up panel is a mini chiristmas light set I found at Home Depo used for those little christmas villiages people buy. I loved making him. The light up panel was the most time consuming to make cause I had to figure out the correct amount of spacing for each little LED. The LEDs have a blink speed control, which is a neat feature.

Yeah, my old pixel Tron fan comic is still on my site. In a way I feel a little silly making the comic, mainly cause of the amount of time I used up trying to make it. I'm thinking of mabey recompiling some of the panels into regualt images or art to decorate sections of the site. Requires time though.

Right now my goal this summer is to compile up some art to sell at the gallery I work at. The "David Beheading Goliath" and "Da Vinci Study" that you see on my site I'm checking about getting made into some prints to sell.

Been a little bit since I did a pixel animation. I still want to own one of these shark finned beauties. Some day Sketch... some day.

I use MS Paint to create the pixel art. I animate it using Adobe Image Ready. It has an image animation system that uses layers. It saves the animation as an optomized gif.

Great for small pixel animations.

...hehe...I learned from the master...I still have a little bit of trouble, but it happens to the best of them.

I've just posted the three works I've been busy working on last week in my sites art gallery. Alot of time went into the works. Whew, had fun doing them, but am glade I finally finished them.
