Hmmm interesting idea, Lets a baby Sark, tron, yori, dumont maybe early teens, flynn maybe as well. What abuot bit?? how can we make a bit a baby. I think bit is the smallest denomination for the computer.

Actually it's rants about the new BSG. I know posting this would lead to rants about the new BSG.

Well, I've incorporated elements from the old one, and expanded on it while having fun. If it was colored it might look better. The hose parts would in the arms and stomach would all be black.

This has kept me busy. I'm working on an Illuminated Manuscript project for my beginning illustration class. We've got to create a Illuminated page like the old manuscript books of old Medieval times. I'm really enjoying this assignment. Right now I've got the manuscript ready on tracing paper so I can rub the design onto bristol paper and then ink it.

The image will be on a 8.5" by 11" sheet of paper. Didn't want to reveal too much of the design elements in the photo which is why it's a blured angle shot. I'll show the whole design once the assignment is done. I choose a humerous theme. That's a demon in the center being exorcised. There's also a second drawing project in the photo if you look that I'm working on, which is also hinted in the photo as to what it is. The little red critter in the background is the latest addition to my appartment. I call him Fuzzball. He's cool. I knew you would get a kick out of the Jack drawing Boingo. That image came about in Scribblers Cult chat draw after I had gotten the Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack. In this town we call home, everyone hail to the pumkin song! Love the music.

I hope I have a fruitful career. I'm still a bit unsure what I want to do in my future, but I now know that most of my art falls into the illustration category. My illustration teacher has even talked to me and he told me he noticed I seem to like drawing, since I always sketching something. I just laughingly grined and said, "Yeah, I guess I do."

Yes, I can't wait either. I love Tim Burton's German Expressionistic style. Nightmare Before Christmas used that style so well. It's so demented, dark, and errie, yet so fun. The style is all about texture, destortion, pattern, and mood. It's amazing how flexible that style is. When you reverse the style you get that purely innocent wimsical look, like seen in Christmas Town.
