You know... This would be a really cool movie.
MCP vs. Joshua (a.k.a. The WOPPER)
Just think of it in the Tron universe where the MCP is trying to take control by sending out legions of his army, and Joshua appears to look a lot like the MCP but more unstable and has NORAD computers and all the elite military programs for a counter offensive.
It could sort of be a prequle to TRON since the MCP did discuss something about the Pentagon.... oh... wait.... he was derezzed before he could take it over..... ahhh.... I wanted something to explode...
