Yeah - never a good idea to go talking about playing well. It works every time - people never fair well after acknowledging they're doing well. You know how the game grid is evil like that!

Where can you get the maps? Easy. Just look at the name of the server.

However, I knew running custom maps would cause problems and/or be unpopular . . .

I've been thinking of shutting down my LC server, because nobody seems to want to play custom maps any more. That, and some people are obsessed with having the best pings. Not that I blame them, I guess.

And I don't want to go back to just retail maps. The whole point was to get those custom maps back in use again. So if people aren't interested, then there's no point in continuing.

It sounds like you guys had a good time. With any luck this will be the beginning of a concerted effort on the part of sector members to get together more often for light cycles, disc arena, and derez.

Due to the frequent lack of people playing light cycles I have been playing more disc arena and to a lesser extent derez; consequently, I have been getting a little better at both and so I enjoy them more.

Frankly, the 2:00pm Eastern on Saturdays meeting time will most likely prove to be nearly impossible for me to make, but I will try anyway.

Of late, Secret Weapons Over Normandy has been taking up my game time but I think I'll be returning to TRON 2.0 again in the next couple of days. I just might check the grid tonight to see what's going on before I shoot down more Nazis.

I hope to meet some of you guys out there soon.

Alan1 Get the latest patch which you will be able to play the multiplayer games on the servers. I think there is one from us over here too that is up and running online too as a server.
