Well, Mr. Sinistar is a fairly new pseudonym that I have started using. Sinistar is of course the infamously hard arcade video game featuring some of the first human speech in any game. I'm really good at the emulated Sinistar on my Gamecube; my high-score is like 107,000. However, a couple of days ago, I was playing a arcade machine that had multiple games in it, including Sinistar. Well, I started playing Sinistar, the way it was meant to be played, and man, I stink at it!
But anyway, I like putting "Mr." in front of names, and thus "Mr. Sinistar" was born!

The Sora part of my name comes from the main character from Kingdom Hearts 1, Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts 2. The .EXE part comes from Sora in Space Paranoids. Sence he goes into the computer in Hollow Bastion to get there, he should have a computer sounding name.

My name came about because of inherent difficulty for Koreans to pronounce my surname (which begins with "Batt...") coupled with the release of the Michael Keaton Batman movie in Korea.
Thus I became "Batman" and the nickname has stuck with me ever since

That's a great story!
I figured you were just a Batman fan.
So, once you became Batman, did you just look people in the eye, put on your best Michael Keaton voice and say "I'm Batman"?
I always got a kick out of that part of the film - when he was trying to tell Vickie Vail that he was Batman and could not.

my fave is from the Snickers commercial where the football player gets his bell rung and sits on the sideline saying "put me in coach.....I'm the Batman" :P

My name came from an Alice in Chains song I was listening to when I signed up to another forum. The name carried through onto here and other sites like photobucket and stuff. That's about it, really...

I think the first time I used the name Tarkya was when I first started playing Furcadia, since "Oumbi" didn't quite seem first-namish enough. After that, I started really getting into the internet community thing and that name sort of stuck.
Now when I google it, I get things that belong to be, then references to some obscure Buddhist holiday or something. Who would've thunk it :/

Pretty self-explanitory, actually. Which is odd, considering such questions are anything but.
Oh well. I was feeling rather unoriginal at the moment so I just borrowed a name from one of my other message boards. I couldn't quite put a program-esque spin on the name, sadly.

Mine's a combonation of a couple of old Gaellic lingo. Tir mean home or land, like in Tir na Nog. Tuatha is from the Tuatha de Dannan, one of the original houses of the fairy in Ireland. Tir Tuatha de Danna is quite a mouthfull. Tir de Dannan still didint sound right. So...Tirtuatha. Distinct and original. I've never stumbled onto a site where I'd need to use a different name or add a number to the end. If you ever see a Tirtuatha...that's me. And if ya want to shorten it, just use Tir. My other forums and my MMORPGs shortened it long ago, but most site require more than a three letter handle.
