So, I just watched this today. I kept wondering what the heck it was about...I mean...it was just...too weird.
Is this by those same dudes who did Tom Goes To The Mayor? [[I actually like Tom Goes To The Mayor]]
The two guys though...I swear I recognized them. The fact just was...I mean...what the heck was that about?
I'm supposed to like random!
Does anyone actually get what this show is about? o_o

I think it's on Adult Swim. It was on Adult Swim On Demand when I watched it...cause I'm like that.
I just...I dunno how to explain it, really, since there was no plot whatsoever. Just a bunch of random stuff.

I've only ever seen a single clip from the show. I memory serves, Mr. Sinistar posted it here some time ago. It was something about cops and robbers, robbers and cops, bang, bang put 'em in jail. That and something about robbing a bank? That's about what I remember of it.
I think the show is fairly popular with a following of mostly younger males - I'm guessing mainly the 14-24 crowd or so.
Although I didn't personally find the clip very amusing, I can appreciate the weirdness of it (being quite the weird-o myself). For younger folks, I think the flat out oddity and randomness of it is what makes them laugh or find it appealing. I'm sure a hit or two of pot doesn't hurt either.  To be honest, back in the day, I would have probably gotten a big kick out of this kind of thing while under the influence.
In regards to what's it about? I'd say its simply about their brand of entertainment. Regardless of people digging it or not - who says entertainment needs to make sense? It's just there to entertain. For many, this show seems to live up to its name.

...the shows were okay... but not my thing.

Yeah, I posted that "Cops and Robbers" clip. I believe my topic was called, "Am I suppose to be laughing at this?". ROFL 
Tim and Eric were funny at first but now they just suck. There's like only one good sketch for each episode anymore. It's a great show if you love random humor (which I love), but either there not funny anymore or my tastes are changing.
I think that the whole show is a parody of the crappy shows that are on public access tv, which makes sense two of the guest stars that appear on the show (David Liebe Hart and James Quall) are from a public access show from Los Angeles.

But yeah, the show also is an extension of the live action bits from Tom Goes to the Mayor, like the Jan and Wayne Skylar from Channel 9.
