I think this first comic series should end with a few frames showing the opening scene of a Tron movie sequel to be produced. It would be a nice segway for Disney to announce the launch of a new Tron movie on us. Can you coordinate this, Lurkinghorror?

*dreaming*

Okay, on a more serious note, I hope that even though issue 6 is the finale, that you mean that's just for "Series #1" or something. Surely, we must have more Tron comics...

Long live Tron and the MCP.

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^

Yeah, it sounds like the comic's run is being cut short. Lurkinghorror was bandying about a run length of 7-13 issues not too long ago. It would be a shame if the comic ended at 6 issues and there were no more.

Yup, this run HAS been cut a bit short. Although the length of this particular story has never been 100% certain. Originally, we imagined a 6 issue run. Then after writing the first issue we realized it could take place in five. After a point, we decided on some changes that would take it to seven. Then we were told that it would be of tremendous benefit to the publishing side of things if we scaled it back to six. However, both issue five and 6 will be over 24 pages to help make up for this alteration. In the end, I think the story will only be about eight pages shorter than what it would be if it had been seven issue long.

The up to thirteen issues has always been a matter of whether or not the license is extended, and if so we're not overwhelmed with other work. It looks right now as if we will be focusing on some of our creator owned material at that point, and I don't think the license will be extended. Although I cannot be certain about that. Anyway, that bit was always thought of as a secondary story.

We also had plans on doing an adaptation of the novel. But money and time seem to be absent.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Well if the opportunity does arise that it does get renewed at a later date would still be good for both you and us as fans here. But we shall see what they say after all is done.

To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.

That's a definite "maybe".

Issue #4 has already been delayed several times, so maybe July but maybe not. Your guess is as good as ours.

All I have to say is, it had better be July! We've waited too long already.

EDIT: I've just found out that Issue #4 has been sent to be printed. So it shouldn't be much longer, before it finally becomes available in comic stores.

It seems TronFAQ has once again beaten me to the punch.

Yes, apparently the book has been sent to the printer. Though with the amount of time printing and shipping takes, it is uncertain as to whether or not it will be out at the end of July or the beginning of August. July is a VERY busy printing month, due to the the San Diego Comic Convention.abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

Well I hope it comes out soon though I do understand the reasoning behind it though for the delay in printing and the what not. Just need another dose of the new issue.

Hey, I just found out that Issue #4 will be released on Wednesday, July 25th! About time!

I'll make sure this gets posted on the front page soon, and doesn't get lost in the 25th Anniversary series of news posts we're going to make.

Hehe. The Magic 8-bit (aka Byte) says . . .

"Ask again later."

But seriously, I wish I knew. There should have been a sequel already. The fact that there hasn't been one, doesn't really make sense to me.

At least a Tron comic finally came out. That was LONG overdue, as well.
