Sounding really Canadian about this. Like that'ss totally Awsome eh! Its like lets bring some soda and try to get the mcp drunk on it and topple over eh. LurkingHorror good job on the black and white as well as the color. Personally even after 4th, 5th, and 6th are published in color. and I truely understand this on your point of view to have the rest in B&W. it would be great to see still. Hopefully it will work out well. Here's hoping for the continuation of the comic after the last three have gone to print.
Clavet think of it as not being really dead per say. Think of it as a good learning experience and yes it took a big chunk of change. But the torch as been past on and something has come from it in a good way. I know several times when I had worked a GM I busted my butt on certain things that needed to get done. Fine I didn't like working in the dirtiest places. Like Mike Rowe on Dirty Jobs. But heck I thought on several ocassions I thought I was going to die from xyz. I manage to survived it. And brought from it some tips and tricks that sometimes I do it not knowing for some reason. Tron will always be a part of each and every one of us no matter what. Am I sounding like a total fruit cake at this point??? Scratching my head.

Lurking Horror I was wondering about something here. Do you remember a while back I think we had a thread going on here at TS about things being added into the issues. If and when it finishes the first six issue in color and then goes into black and white with the rest. Did any of those suggestion that we had come up with here at TS would be added in or expand more of the comic book itself? Just curious to find out about that. I remember about that a while ago. I know it would be impossible for the last three color comics to have that in there. And it is cheaper to have it made in black and white.

I'm not sure which thread you mean.
Right now the future of the comics past issue 6 is still unknown to me. I've got two issues, separate from the current storyline, plotted out. One of them mostly written. Whether or not these see print won't really be up to me.
The two comics in question would have more of a dark comedy/survival horror feel, and explore the corrupted program concept.

I'll take a further look ofline tonight when I get home over here. I remember some kind of thread that we had discuss in general what things that could be added to the comic book. It wasn't a really big deal. Maybe I was still on the medication at the time when i had broken my two ribs over here and had dreamt it up. I thought we had a thread of some sort that we had mentioned different add ins in the back of the book like character bios. The different vehicles with stats and all that. And some really other interesting things. I'll double check over here. I don't want to put anything in out there that I don't rmeember reading up here.

Thank you Traahn at least one one other remembers it. It was just a bunch of ideas that were just in the open for the comic book itself.

Well, yeah cause then they got into...bunnies...
I just actually picked up issue 2 of this today and was pretty disappointed. Characterizations didn't look right at all and seems to be a real lack of depth in the background/surroundings. Jet manages to get by some general and I honestly have no idea how he did it from the panels.
That panel of the ICP guard attackin' looks much better in color. With that first b&w pic it looked like all the conscripts had lifesavers on their backs and not IDs. I can't even begin to imagine Tron in b&w I mean what would be the point? If you're gonna do that just write a frickin' book

Here's the original script from that page:
PAGE 18
PANEL 1:
Jet stands alone in the center of the Command Bunker, his arm outstretched toward the commander. There is no trace of the guards. The Commander hovers in the center of the room, his body taut and energy crackling around him, seemingly holding him in place.
PANEL 2:
The Commander fades away as Jet absorbs his energy. The Commander’s Identity Disc falls to the ground.
SFX (disc): “TINK!”
PANEL 3:
The Commander winks out of existence.
SFX: “ZVHIPP!”
PANEL 4:
Jet staggers once more. He is physically changed, now: his design now reflects some aspects of the now-derezed Commander’s uniform.
MERCURY (OFF PANEL): “I see you picked up a new trick.”
I agree. that process was very unclear in the book. You'll note that there is a new artist as of issue 3.

Yeah it was kinda vague I was like "Where did the guards go?" "Did Jet throw his disk at them and then data drain the commander?" "Is that Jet's disc on the ground?"
Heh heh, data drain. Reminds me of .hack

On the page 17, the script called for Jet to explode with a violent and reflexive surge of energy, derezzing the guards. That's why page 18 mentions they have vanished.
On page 19, Mercury was supposed to hand Jet the disk. He then would hold up the disk and it would evaporate in his hand as he reflexively absorbed the functions of the commander. We made heavy alterations to both the final art and story in an effort to make things more clear, but the content we needed to communicate key ideas was simply not present.

Issue four was solicited in Previews several months ago. The book should be out sometime in the next few weeks. It's complete, but pending approval from Disney before it can go to press. When I get a specific date, I'll post it on the forum. However, TronFAQ always seems to find out first, so watch for commentary from him.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Yeah... July would be the month, I'm thinking.
I'm working on issue 6 now. Seeing the end of this story unfold on my screen is odd. I've been working on it for years now. Long before anyone even knew about the project.
The story has evolved alot along the way. It seems we've finally selected one of the three possible endings we had planned. Afterwards, maybe I can share what those alternate endings might have been.

It would be interesting to hear after the issues are out. Even to talk about it in general. Could be fun to chat up about it.
