Hello my Tron friends. Here a couple recent concept art drawings I've been working on for a video game mod. I hope you enjoy them...

This one is a marble statue for a mansion garden at night. Magical light sparkles drip from between his fingers like sand, as solid gold orbs representing planets magically rotate around a mini-sun, like a solar system. Little moons rotate around the planets...

This is a pagan village scene:

And I'm not one of them . . . heh.

I hope these concepts end up being used in the mod. It would be a crying shame, not to.

They both have a mystical and magical look to them, though their content is almost opposite in nature/subject matter. Excellent work!

I can't even draw a cup on a saucer for crying out loud

I'm sure you could draw a saucer -- or a Tron identity disc There's no way I could've done either of these 10 years ago. I keep practicing and trying to get better. I don't draw as much as I should, but I do enough to keep my hobby alive.

I'm reliant upon a modeller to build the model, and someone to create a script for the rotating planets/moons. We'll see what happens! One programmer already said, "I could easily script a solar system if you like...", but then someone else said, "Indeed, very nice. Now there's just the small task of modelling the thing." hehehe

I've always liked fantasy, other-worldly, type of artwork, TheReelTodd -- which is probably what inspires me to draw this weird stuff

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I would love to actually paint the first one on canvas some day. For now, it is just a digital drawing...

I actually hope to go back into Photoshop for both of them some day and add more and more details/finishing touches to them, but at least I got the general 'feel' of the art there... which is most important to me.

I like them both, but LOVE that first one.
