Well, there was the "Lawnmower Man", although, that actually was not a very good movie (IMHO).

Also, I think "The Matrix" owes a lot to Tron, being that the reality in the computer system is enough to make people think they're living in a "real" world.

The PS2 game "Rez" is entirely based on a Tron-like universe and I think the designers even gave a nod to it as an inspiration.

What's more fun than bringing a dead thread to life?
I can't remeber what it was called, but I remeber seeing a (I think Japanese) pic and clips on the internet. There was this guy who battle another guy (who wore a helmet JUST like Sark's!) with a disc. In the final scene of one episode, the hero let's one of his friends go on while he hold's off 'Sark'. Eventually, the hero's disc splits 'Sark's' in half and goes through 'Sark's' head.

In the midst of Team Fortress 2:
TRON.dll: (Captures the intelligence) "I have take the intelligence and it will cause meltdown!"
Cam_the_Man: "No! Not all of Dallas!"

It's called "Savior of the Earth". A cheap animated knock-off of Tron from Korea.
