Oh boy. I have no idea... but I'm guessing that it should run okay.
It's not dos-based, so that shouldn't be a problem at all.

It should ruin okay for it. I think in windows XP you can fool the software into thinking that it is running under a windows 95/98/me/or 2000 OS somewhere. I remember seeing that when I had windows XP running up here a while ago. I had done it for a really old DOS program that refused to run in a XP enviroment.
