Yes, I got one today. Can't remember what it said, but I remember it was really weird. I just deleted it once I got it.
As for reporting, you could copy and paste the message and send it to the mods along with the name of the person that sent it. (Or take a screenshot of the message, upload the picture and send it to the mods).
