It's a PC game, can be bought for $5 on Steam.

Ricochet is playable on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

I tried playing it a while ago. Didn't really care for it too much though. Just seemed really unpolished and way too fast-paced. The visual style of the characters never really appealed to me. *shrug*

I can understand that. The reason it seems unpolished is because it was originally just a mod for Half-Life. Then they released it standalone. So it's pretty much a mod without a game requirement. Like Garry's Mod, only that was Source.

Even Garry's Mod I think requires you to own at least one Source engine game before you can buy it, unless that requirement has been removed.
I had actually heard that they made Ricochet as a Half Life 1 mod during a press event, and then published it to the Steam store during the event as an example of how easy it was to make a game using their tools and put it up on the Steam store, though I find that difficult to believe.
